Problems And Countermeasures Of Landscaping In Qingyuan

Landscape greening shows the features of the city,and effectively coordinates the relationship between urban development and environmental protection.It plays an important role in urban construction and management.With the continuous expansion of city scale and improve the level of city construction,landscape construction and management are more difficult,there are fewer personnel,heavy task,difficult to support or custody is not in place and so common in practice,has many problems to be solved.As an excellent tourist city of China,Qingyuan boasts unique tourist resources,and the construction and management of landscape directly influences the city style and the development of tourism.Based on the current situation of landscape greening in Qingyuan city as the breakthrough point,through the analysis of the problems in the tourism landscape,city positioning,to put forward the countermeasures to promote Qingyuan City Landscaping Construction and management level,realize the sustainable development of ecological landscape.This paper expounds the current situation of Qingyuan City Landscaping from the green index and the construction situation,organizational structure and management methods,combined with the public satisfaction survey,the problems are analyzed from the planning and construction,institutional mechanisms,management and maintenance of three aspects.First of all,in terms of planning and construction,landscape planning idea is backward,mainly reflected in the historical and cultural connotation of mining is not enough,the concept of ecological priority development lags behind;then,landscape planning and the lack of scientific,systematic,mainly reflected in the unbalanced distribution of all kinds of green parks,the unreasonable system of waterfront green space to be perfect and the ecological conditions(mountain and stream)has not been fully used in City Landscaping;secondly,landscape planning and effectiveness of inadequate protection,mainly to implement aliasing in planning,lack of administrative supervision and scientificguidance;finally,there are many misunderstandings in landscape planning and construction,mainly reflected in the unreasonable plant configuration,landscape function weakening,design the pattern of luxury luxury.In the system mechanism,the landscaping management lacks effective coordination mechanism,the laws and regulations are not perfect,the law enforcement is not enough,and the supervision mechanism is not in place.In conservation management,landscape maintenance and management seriously insufficient,management is not in place,people love green green consciousness,lack of talent team construction,landscape science and technology development lags behind.In view of the existing problems of landscaping in Qingyuan,this paper puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions:First,the tourism city oriented,strengthen planning guidance,including: pay attention to the local culture;update the city landscaping concept,construction,function,ecological economical garden;adhere to the principle of local conditions,strengthen the organic combination of man-made landscape and natural scenery;strengthen the construction of waterfront green space,reflect the feature of the city;the rational allocation of plants,both landscape and the social,ecological and economic benefits;comprehensive consideration,comprehensive development,promotion system,scientific planning;Green Governance according to law,to ensure the effectiveness of city landscape planning.Second,in order to improve the efficiency oriented,sound system,including:optimizing the organization function,the innovation of landscape management mode;strengthening the legislation,law enforcement,improve the system of laws and regulations;to deepen the national love green green consciousness,strengthen the supervision of public opinion;constructing the fine management mode,establish diversified investment and financing system,strengthen the responsibility assessment mechanism to explore the economical landscape,the road of sustainable development.Third,to ensure results oriented,strengthen conservation management.Includes the guarantee of continued investment in daily maintenance of landscape,develop a reasonable funding allocation system,improve the level of landscape maintenance and management;strengthen the construction of talent team,good access,staff training and management;strengthen the innovation and popularization of science and technology garden.The research of this paper is rich in theory,reality and innovation.First of all,the paper provides a theoretical and theoretical reference for the development of landscape greening in Qingyuan,and also enriches the related theories of landscape greening.Then,the paper has important practical significance to perfect the development system of Qingyuan’s landscaping,to assist the administrative decision-making,to guide the planning and construction,and to promote the development of landscaping.Finally,the paper analyzes the status quo and the questionnaire survey,based on the reality of Qingyuan,science and systematic study of the existing problems of Qingyuan landscape,and tourism and cultural city positioning,puts forward the corresponding countermeasures and suggestions,to build rich cultural connotation,distinctive regional characteristics of the garden city.
