Study On Problems And Countermeasures Of Urban Landscaping Management

With the continuous development of the domestic economy,people’s living standards are constantly improving,and their attitude towards life is also put forward higher standards,such as whether the urban living environment is healthy and comfortable.In this regard,urban reform is imperative.Local governments put forward urban landscaping renovation projects and began to implement plans.Some key cities have achieved good results.The urban greening area has been gradually expanded,which has increased the residents’ life preference and promoted environmental protection.Under the guidance of scientific and reasonable urban landscaping orderly development,has the significance of promoting the development of urban society.However,in recent years,many cities blindly expand the urban landscape area,the management means is not very scientific and reasonable,resulting in the destruction of many natural resources,the improved urban landscape environment does not meet the needs of the city,contrary to the original intention of urban landscape management,not only can not improve the quality of life of residents,but also is not conducive to the protection of ecological environment.On this basis,this study mainly carries out in-depth analysis on the landscaping management of Otog Banner in Ordos City,points out the existing problems and reasons of the landscaping management in the city,and finds out the improvement suggestions and strategies on this premise,and provides information on landscaping management for other cities as a reference object.By reviewing a large number of literatures and conducting field investigation,and sorting out the data and materials,it is found that there are indeed many problems in the landscape management of Otog Banner,Ordos City.At the same time,it is found that there are more or less similar problems in the landscape management of other cities in China.In this regard,the results of this study are systematically elaborated.The main contents of this thesis are as follows:The first part,mainly introduces the theoretical basis,urban landscaping concept definition;Urban landscaping management concept;The significance of urban landscape management;The content of urban landscape management;The main tasks of urban landscape management;Public goods theory;Public management theory;Public infrastructure construction theory.This study is based on this theoretical knowledge.The second part mainly introduces the problems existing in urban landscape management of Otog Banner of Ordos City.Through in-depth investigation of Otog Banner of Ordos City,it is found that there are many problems in urban landscape management,including backward management system,lack of supervision mechanism mass innovation in management process,ignoring scientific establishment of management ideas,unreasonable preliminary design of garden management.The early management planning of green space is not coordinated,the quality of garden construction and construction management is poor,and the level of garden maintenance management needs to be improved.The third part mainly introduces the analysis of the reasons for urban landscaping management in Otog Banner.The reasons for the insufficient urban landscaping management include the lack of professional management and maintenance talents,the lack of standardization of management mode,the imperfect control system of relevant garden management departments,the imperfect management mechanism of local government,and the lack of consciousness of social subjects to protect gardens.The fourth part,based on the above analysis,proposes improvement strategies for the problems existing in urban landscaping management,strengthens the daily maintenance management of gardens,improves the countermeasures of garden planning and construction,strengthens the department management construction,optimizes the government management mechanism,improves the social green protection publicity and participation mechanism,and simulates the effect of countermeasures and suggestions on existing problems.
