The atmosphere controlled preservation transportation technology is an advanced and efficient preservation technology for fruits and vegetables.By changing the temperature,oxygen concentration,carbon dioxide concentration and relative humidity in the storage environment,the controlled atmosphere preservation can inhibit the respiration of fruits and vegetables.Maintain the quality of fruits and vegetables and prolong the period of keeping fruits and vegetables fresh.To provide suitable and stable storage environment for fruits and vegetables is the key to the technology of controlled atmosphere preservation of fruits and vegetables,Different atmosphere controlled environments have different effects on the quality of fruit and vegetable preservation,and the energy consumption and the cost required to achieve different atmosphere regulation environment are also different,Therefore,the study on the relationship between fruit and vegetable quality and energy consumption is beneficial to the optimization of storage mode.The evaluation index of fruit and vegetable quality is many and miscellaneous,and there is only a certain connection between different evaluation indexes.Under certain conditions,a few indexes of fruit quality will be better,However,this does not fully reflect the sample information characteristics and overall level of fruit and vegetable quality,To study the quality of fruits and vegetables from individual information is relatively cumbersome in mathematical modeling,It is one of the contents of this paper to summarize the relationship between fruit and vegetable evaluation indicators,extract representative indicators and simplify the evaluation system.In this paper,two representative fruits and vegetables of tomato and litchi were selected as the research object in combination with the model of the respiration model of fruit and vegetable and the energy consumption model of air conditioning refrigeration.(These two kinds of fruits and vegetables have strong respiration,short storage period and obvious changes in relative indexes),Establishment of Comprehensive Evaluation Model of Tomato and Litchi quality,A comprehensive evaluation model of tomato and litchi quality was established to study the effects of temperature and gas composition on the quality of tomato and litchi,The relationship between fruit and vegetable quality and energy consumption was quantified by theoretical calculation and experiment.Firstly,the quality evaluation index of tomato and lychee was reduced by pca-pca(principal component analysis method),and the total characteristic information of samples was reflected with as few evaluation indexes as possible.According to the comprehensive evaluation function,the comprehensive evaluation score of fruit and vegetable quality under different atmosphere regulation environment was calculated,and the comprehensive score of fruit and vegetable quality under different atmosphere regulation environment was compared.Under the condition of certain temperature,the comprehensive score of gas group is affected by the increase of oxygen concentration,and the comprehensive score of quality is decreased to some extent.In the range of 2%~4%O2 concentration,the difference of quality score was relatively small and the score of 4%O2 was obviously better than that of 2%O2,which indicated that the quality of litchi was at a better level at O2 concentration of 4% or so.When the oxygen concentration was constant,the temperature had an effect on the comprehensive evaluation score.The increase of temperature would lead to the decline of the comprehensive score of litchi quality,and the lower temperature would help to maintain the better quality level of litchi.In this paper,the cost calculation method is introduced to establish the relationship between different energy consumption indexes.The expression of the relationship between quality and energy consumption shows that there is a certain inverse relationship between energy consumption and preservation quality.That is,the maximum energy consumption is when the quality is optimal.In order to optimize the relationship between quality and energy consumption,in this paper,by introducing dynamic atmosphere regulation,combining dynamic atmosphere regulation with quality and energy consumption,and aiming at the respiration characteristics of fruits and vegetables,a variety of air conditioning control modes(quality first,energy consumption first)are designed.In order to reduce energy consumption on the premise of better quality,dynamic equalization can be used in different scenes to control the atmosphere of fruits and vegetables,which can provide guidance for the controlled storage of fruits and vegetables.By studying the respiratory characteristics of litchi in storage environment and using the closed space system method,it was found that changing the environmental parameters in a certain period of time could effectively simplify the quality change of litchi.The storage period of fruits and vegetables,the kinds of fruits and vegetables are directly related to the setting of the environmental parameters of atmosphere regulation.Dynamic adjustment can not only change the storage period,but also adapt to different kinds of fruits and vegetables,and introduce the dynamic atmosphere control strategy.The ultimate goal is to balance the relationship between quality and energy consumption,maximize the use of environmental parameters in the storage process of fruits and vegetables to make the storage more intelligent,modern,and reduce unnecessary cost waste in the later period.
