Landscape Reconstruction Of The Abandoned Industrial Wasteland

With the continuously rapid development of social economy,we gradually began to like the post-industrial age began to change,which is associated with the industrial structure adjustment and upgrading of production scale,those who have built in accordance with the water,because of the old industrial sites which water is because can't adapt to the needs of the development of high-speed and began to decline.Thus,a large number of industrial production bases became the industrial wasteland today.Much of the abandoned industrial wasteland occupies an advantageous geographical location,located in the old city and adjacent to the city center.Long-term idleness leads to a dilapidated and depressed site,which affects the beauty and image of the city.Therefore,it is very urgent to update the environment inside the site.Although the waterfront of the old industrial factory are declining,also stopped the relevant production activities,but the left over when the production site of industrial facilities,building workshop,site texture and some production lines are obvious industrial characteristics,is condensed in the past,the history of the development of the image carrier,is the witness of the past industrial civilization.How,by means of modern landscape design to carry on the reasonable and effective planning of shore water industry lands,the field of industrial memory,history and culture and the use of public space,the combination of the field with new vitality is discussed in this paper,the key problem.At present,although there are more cases in China,there are still fewer renovation cases for the shipyard in linhai.In addition to the successful reconstruction of jiangnan shipyard,zhongshan qijiang yuanzhong shipyard and Shanghai shipyard,a large number of shipyards in the early period of China have been dismantled and no longer exist.Based on yantai north shipyard as the research object,through the on-the-spot investigation of yantai north shipyard at home and abroad and combining the successful experiences of reform on the basis of the formation of the final design basis of the case.In order to study the reconstruction of the abandoned land in the urban waterfront and the reconstruction of the interior landscape space,a new design strategy is proposed.
