Breast Cancer Mobile Health Application Design Study Based On Service Design Concept

In recent years,with the breakthrough in the fields of artificial intelligence,mobile payment and sharing economy in China,the territory like economic,medical,education and manufacturing and so on are facing great changes.Among them,the progress of medical is the most notable.According to the latest cancer data released by the National Cancer Center in 2017,about 10 thousand people are diagnosed as cancer every day in China,with an average of 7 people diagnosed every minute.Among them,breast cancer is the most frequent cancer of female adults wherever in large or medium-sized cities.Therefore,the voice of integrating new technology and traditional cancer treatment profession which means promoting medical reform is increasing.It is under this background of the times that mobile health came into being.Mobile health means a kind of service for serving health information with the portable wireless computer or communication device that can be carried on hand to meet the health information needs of medical staff and consumers.Mobile health can include software and hardware such as wireless network,Bluetooth technology,QR code,APP and so on,and all these above are all pointed to the service of medical health information.Therefore,how to design medical health information reasonably is the key to provide high-quality mobile health services.On the other hand,after a series of changes such as the exploration of design style,the exploration of the possibility between design and technology and the emphasis on the ecological design,the design industry gradually focuses on the service of people-oriented and experience.It can be seen that the focus of design is changing along with the times.Through a large number of studies on the existing mobile health products(APP)of breast cancer,the author found that most of the mobile health products tend to focus on the consultation and rehabilitation consultation after operation,but few of the APPs will provide the full service for patients with the perspective of service design.Therefore,I hope that through this paper,we can provide a little guidance for the diagnosis and treatment of breast cancer then.In this paper,we aims to study how to serve the patients of breast cancer with the mobile health products(APP),and to explore the core service contact points through the form of user participation and a novel service experience blueprint.And to verify the design research results through the feedback of the actual experience of the patients under the circumstances of the patient's emotional needs with the APP design of the mobile health products for breast cancer patients with obtained service by a lower cost of medical treatment and accurate service contact point with fluency information transmission and no-barriers on the operation.This article hopes to reintegrate the medical resources through the intervention of the service design to make the existing breast cancer related diagnosis Finally,hope it can be helpful to promote the medical reform and help the construction of the future hospital and the artificial intelligence of the medical industry with the service design.
