| With the acceleration of urbanization in China,the increasing of urban With the acceleration of urbanization in China,the increasing of urban population.Traffic congestion,vehicle exhaust,noise pollution and other issues become the basic problem of urban development.The subway has become the first choice to alleviate these problems.Subway construction is a complex and extremely dangerous project.In the process of subway tunnel excavation,the interference of various uncertain factors leads to the frequent occurrence of various kinds of safety accidents.In the process of subway construction,many machines involved in construction and big interference,the existing monitoring methods are difficult to deploy in the dynamic changing construction site.It is hard to upload various monitoring data to the supervision department for risk assessment in real time.Some hidden dangers can not be eliminated in time.Especially when no one is on duty during the change shifts,many construction accidents happen at this time.Therefore,research and development of real-time monitoring and data collection and transmission technology for subway tunnel construction site is particularly important.With the development of embedded technology,sensor technology and all kinds of low-power wireless communication technology,there are many successful applications of wireless sensor networks in information collection,processing and transmission.This paper takes the communication platform of subway construction site monitoring data as the research target.Through comprehensive analyzing the characteristics and properties of RSSI sampling value for wireless transmission nodes that under the condition of non sight distance in complex area of subway tunnel.Designed a kind of a real-time transmission system suitable for subway tunnel excavation faces with ultra-low power consumption,good noise immunity and uploading monitoring data at short distance based on ZigBee.Focusing on wireless communication acquisition and data anti noise transmission for monitoring data of subway tunnel construction site.In anti noise processing part,dynamically switching communication channel and avoiding congestion channel to resist noise by channel inteligent hopping based on the RSSI value between nodes.This paln provides a new way for data acquisition and real-time transmission of tunnel excavation in subway construction.This design use CC2530F256 as microcontroller,the chip made by TI,and the kernel is base on 8051.Using IEEE802.15.4 protocol as a communication standard design system hardware circuit,compile system program software.Information collection and simulation is done for humidity,temperature,smoke and human induction.Using the same frequency WIFIwireless router and Bluetooth as interference sources simulate communication interference,checking the anti-jamming capability and real-time data transmission quality of system. |
