Pure electric vehicles are the future development direction of people's mobility.The research and development of pure electric vehicles has become a key target in the industry,especially the motor drive system,which is the heart of pure electric vehicles,is the top priority.Permanent Magnet Synchronous Motor(PMSM for short)is widely used in electric vehicle drive field due to its many excellent characteristics.Due to the complex driving conditions of pure electric vehicles,the motor control system will have problems such as large current resonance,large torque ripple,and slow speed response speed under various vehicle conditions.Solving these problems can improve the power and driving safety of pure electric vehicles.This thesis selects a pure electric SUV and uses it as a vehicle research vehicle to optimize its drive motor control system so that its drive motor can adapt to different working conditions.First,theoretically derive the mathematical model of PMSM,simplify the mathematical model through coordinate transformation,analyze the characteristics of the PMSM control system,and select a vector control strategy with zero d-axis current.Secondly,for the problem of parameter saturation in the PMSM vector control system,the vector control approach law is studied,and a convergent exponential approach law is proposed,so that the vector approach law is continuously reduced to reduce the system pulsation.Finally,the anti-saturation PID controller is designed based on the convergence exponential approach law,namely the anti-saturation incremental PID and anti-saturation fuzzy PID controller.Anti-saturation incremental PID control solves the problem of low motor speed regulation accuracy under acceleration conditions,while anti-saturation fuzzy PID control solves the problem of large motor torque ripple under starting and climbing vehicle conditions.The Matlab / Simulink software platform is used for simulation analysis of anti-saturation PID control.At the same time,motor control performance bench test verification is carried out.Finally,the Advisor platform is used for simulation verification of vehicle performance.The comparison and analysis of the simulation results before and after optimization show that: the three-phase current resonance overshoot of the PMSM anti-saturation vector control system is significantly reduced,and the response time is significantly shortened;the torque pulse overshoot is significantly reduced,the torque response time is shortened;the speed response time Significantly shortened.The system maintains good static and dynamic performance,makes the motor torque ripple small,the speed response is fast,and the anti-interference ability is strong.
