Research On The Construction Method Of Sponge City Based On Green Infrastructure

At the end of 2016,the urbanization rate reached 57.3%in China.The rapid expansion of the scale of the city has led to a concentrated outbreak of urban problems.Sponge city planning and construction has become a systematic solution to the problems of urban spatial control,ecological environment and water issue.On the basis of combing sponge city,green infrastructure and related concepts,Sponge city planning and construction is regarded as system engineering on multiple scales of regions,cities and sites,using green infrastructure theory to explore the construction method of sponge city.A case study was carried out combined with Special Planning of Sponge City in Huaiyuan County.On a regional scale,by the superimposed regional ecological risk assessment,regional ecological patch screening,corridor construction,security pattern of regional water,constructing the network pattern of regional green infrastructure,we can provide a comprehensive,long-term and strategic framework for regional ecological protection and land development control.And through the construction of the network pattern of green infrastructure in Huaiyuan County,we can achieve the planning objectives of Water Safety,Water Ecology,Water Environment and Water Resources in Sponge City.On an urban scale,through the standard interpretation and analysis on the control goal of developing rain water system with low influence,system design criteria of urban stormwater conduit and the urban waterlogging prevention,we can combine the urban developing rain water system with low influence with the stormwater drainage system to construct the urban rain flood management mode of "Source reduction+Process control+Terminal processing".And we select Sponge City Control Unit for simulation verification.On a site scale,the urban land is classified by buildings and cells,municipal roads and squares,water bodies and parks,constructing the path of low impact development technology.Take the built spongy park as an example to summarize key points of development technology design with low influence in sites.
