With the rapid progress of ecological civilization construction,it has become an important strategy of ecological priority and green development in sustainable urban development to give priority to the use of green stormwater infrastructure to solve the problem of urban stormwater management.Green stormwater infrastructure,as the main facility of sponge city development,can reduce the generation,discharge and play a purification role of runoff stormwater.However,there are many kinds of green stormwater infrastructure,and the control effect and application conditions of the facilities are different.In order to facilitate the planning,design,acceptance and effect evaluation of green stormwater infrastructure in sponge city,this paper puts forward the planning and design method of green stormwater infrastructure from the perspective of sponge city,and takes the planning and design of green stormwater infrastructure in a typical area of Beijing and a residential area in north China as an example for application research.The research methods and conclusions can provide technical support for green stormwater infrastructure planning and design optimization and sponge city development effect evaluation.Firstly,the overall strategy of green stormwater infrastructure planning and design based on urban spatial pattern is established.To make sponge principle fully integrated into the urban planning of urban construction,analyzes the urban planning in the green infrastructure planning and design of the stormwater,and according to the sponge in the city green infrastructure planning and design goals and principles of stormwater,build green infrastructure planning and design from rain "source reduction,process control,system management," the idea and the effective combination of urban planning and the overall cohesion,using ArcGIS platform space superposition technology of regional ecological sensitivity analysis and the use,put forward under different urban spatial pattern of green infrastructure planning stormwater design train of thought,The key points of green stormwater infrastructure planning and design are put forward in different land types of the city.Second,optimized the green infrastructure in urban stormwater key space layout form of control guidance,the key space of city green water infrastructure,this paper analyzes the planning and design,for different land use types in the space,open space of urban roads,and buildings and district classification control guidance,with the core control goal and the corresponding green infrastructure planning stormwater design layout form and control guide way is improved and optimized in the urban planning layout.Finally,the concept and analysis method of "sponge equivalent" are put forward,and the analysis method of runoff volume control equivalent is emphatically analyzed.And the typical green stormwater infrastructure equivalent conversion relationship is analyzed,and the typical area in Beijing as an example application verification,a typical area of Beijing city green infrastructure planning stormwater design application analysis,and a residential area in the north green stormwater infrastructure planning and design case analysis as an example,based on local rainfall conditions,terrain conditions,land condition,present situation of facilities,are analyzed in detail based on the urban design control guide and sponge equivalent under the condition of green infrastructure planning and design method,rain for the green infrastructure planning stormwater design optimization and sponge effect assessment of urban construction to provide technical support.
