This thesis is an auxiliary means for traffic accident analysis of Liaoning Traffic Accident Identification Center.It used the theory,simulation and experiment to analyze the meridian tire in the process of automobile collision scientifically.(1)Considering that the rubber is a hyper-elastic and nonlinear material,the Mooney-Rivlin model was used to model the rubber in the process of building the radial tire model.The belt layers and the cord layers were modeled using the method of defining stiffener model rebar unit.In the simulation process,firstly,the internal pressure of 0.25MPa was applied to simulate the process of tire inflation and then the impact load of 0.15MPa-0.25MPa on the tire side was applied to simulated collision to analyze the distribution and size of the equivalent stress and the equivalent displacement of the tire.(2)In the process of experiment,the load of 0.17MPa-0.21MPa was applied to the radial tire by using the pendulum device to make a side impact.Radial tire internal deformation using X radiographic techniques displayed in image mode.Cause of based on Abaqus finite element analysis software for radial tire sideswipe simulation data and experimental data of the pendulum sideswipe tire similar,so the radial tire model established by the project is reasonable.The research found that the maximum deformation of the tire increases with the increase of the impact load.If the deformation date of using the Abaqus finite element analysis software to simulate the impact process of the tire is equal to the accident tire deformation date of X radio graphic technology,then we can get the load value of the impact about the traffic accident.That will provide a new method and scientific basis for deal with the collision problem and restore traffic accident.
