With the development of history and the progress of society,female social status and contribution are becoming more and more important.In China,female have stepped onto the professional stage on a large scale and become the main force affecting economic development.Female career development has attracted more and more attention from the public.For most ordinary female in the workplace,the deep-rooted social role attributes still seriously affect female occupational psychology and professional habits.At the same time,the enterprise management institutions based on the patriarchal consciousness also bring varying degrees of imprisonment to female professionals in both tangible and intangible ways.Due to the limitations of social conventions,cultural traditions,physiological factors and gender roles,women's career development still faces obstacles of one kind or another,and there are many more challenges in the workplace than men.From the perspective of female career development barriers,this paper carries out literature review,analyzes and studies the barriers of female career development in H Group,analyzes the human resources data of H Group,interviews the cadres and employees of H Group,and uses the previous scholars to conduct career barriers.Based on the factor research scale,this paper conducts a questionnaire survey on the influencing factors of H Group women's career barrier,and explores the influencing factors of H group women's career barrier.Based on gender theory and career theory,this paper studies career barriers of H Group women through questionnaire survey,on-site interviews,case analysis and literature research.Firstly,through the detailed analysis of H Group human resources data,and combined with interviews to try to summarize H Group women may face career barriers phenomenon,descriptive analysis.It is concluded that the career barriers of H Group women are mainly the discrimination and barrier in the entry stage of the workplace,the discrimination and barrier in the salary level,and the barrier in the promotion process.Secondly,through the analysis of the basic data and questionnaire results,it is found that women's marital status,age,educational background and other factors have a significant impact on the phenomenon of career barriers.Finally,through questionnaires and interviews to analyze the reasons why women encounter career barriers,it is found that traditional social concepts,organizational discrimination against women,multiple role conflicts between women's family and the workplace,and the guidance of the national reproductive policy will have a greater impact on women's career development.At the end of the article,through the research and reference of some effective measures for female career barriers at home and abroad,combined with the actual situation of H Group,put forward reasonable suggestions to eliminate the impact of female career barriers within enterprises,starting from the state,organizations and female professionals themselves,to help women upgrade their career barriers.In the workplace,the job value is fairly fair.
