In recent years,because of the advantages of economy,convenience and environmental protection,electric bicycle has become the preferred means of transportation for short-distance travel.At the same time,supporting charging piles sprang up in the streets and lanes,but the existing charging piles encounter problems such as incomplete coverage of GPRS signals,high cost of communication links or complex construction,inadequate real-time sampling accuracy of power consumption during charging.As a result,charging piles can not be installed and used on a large scale.This paper mainly studies the charging pile based on NB-IoT technology and single-phase ammeter technology.NB-IoT technology has the characteristics of strong coverage,low cost and low cost,which can solve the problem of incomplete coverage of GPRS signal and high cost of communication links;single-phase meter technology can collect the power consumption of each output channel,accurately measure,and avoid disputes between users and managers;and it adopts Wechat payment mode.The charging pile system can help managers to centralize the management of charging piles.It can deal with overcharging,overloading or short-circuit phenomena in charging process in time and inform managers and users.It can provide a convenient,fast and safe charging environment for managers and users.The work done in this paper is as follows:Firstly,it introduces the background and development trend of charging pile for electric bicycle based on NB-IoT technology,its practical value and significance,as well as the development course and technical characteristics of NB-IoT technology,focusing on the composition,working process and functional characteristics of charging pile.Secondly,the hardware design of charging pile is completed.The hardware circuit of charging pile is mainly composed of HT5019 micro-control circuit,sampling circuit,NB-IoT communication module circuit,relay control circuit and output circuit.Detailed circuit design and PCB diagram design of each functional circuit are carried out.At the same time,the matters needing special attention in the design process are pointed out.Complete the design of charging pile software,focusing on the functional programming of charging pile based on HT5019 chip,the design of NB-IoT module connecting to China Telecom core network and business server,as well as the design of charging pile server software and Weixin public signal terminal charging software.Finally,the hardware design and debugging are completed,and the testing environment of the whole system is built in the laboratory.At the same time,the overload protection function,overload protection function and short circuit protection function of the charging pile are tested in the actual scene.The experimental results show that the function of the charging pile meets the expectation,the technical index basically meets the design requirements,and effectively reduces the probability of fire accidents in the charging process of electric bicycle.
