Research On The Subsidy Policy For The Recycling And Disposal Of Waste Home Appliances In China

Our country is a country with a large population and a large consumer of home appliances.Electrical products have an increasingly important impact on our lives.With the increasing use of home appliances,the number of discarded home appliances that need to be replaced and eliminated is even greater.In the current context of building a beautiful China,how to effectively recycle and dispose of a huge number of discarded home appliances is an urgent problem that we need to solve.At present,my country has issued a series of policies to regulate and improve the recycling and subsidy work of waste household appliances,but a systematic,relatively complete and long-term effective mechanism has not yet been formed.With the development of the country,new problems and contradictions have also appeared in the relevant regulations that have been issued,which need to be updated and improved in a timely manner according to the actual situation.Based on the extended producer responsibility system,the theory of public regulation,the theory of circular economy and the theory of externality and internalization,this paper uses the method of literature research,questionnaire survey,interview and comparative analysis to study and analyze the subsidy policy for the recycling and disposal of waste household appliances in my country.Based on the background and significance of the study,based on the theoretical basis and related concepts of the research,the establishment and development of the subsidy policy for the recycling and disposal of waste household appliances in my country have been deeply researched and explored.Participation in the household appliance recycling and disposal subsidy policy made a questionnaire,combining the data and information obtained by the two.Based on the above research,this paper finds out the problems and deficiencies in the implementation of my country’s waste home appliance recycling and disposal subsidy policy,such as the slow progress of subsidy fund issuance and review,the serious shortage of subsidy fund collection part relative to the expenditure part,the unclear distribution of relevant main responsibilities,dismantling and dismantling.The distribution of enterprises is uneven and some areas have excess capacity,and the reasons for the problems are analyzed based on the actual situation.This paper puts forward feasible suggestions for improving the subsidy policy for the recycling and disposal of waste household appliances in my country in a targeted manner from eight aspects.Improve the public participation mechanism,speed up the elimination of overdue home appliances,promote the construction of a recycling system for used home appliances,and improve the operability of the home appliance recycling subsidy system,thereby triggering thinking and reflection on the sound development of related practices,and contributing to my country’s environmental protection and sustainable development.contribute to development.
