| With the development of economic globalization,the competition between enterprises is becoming increasingly fierce;in order to win in the competition,increasing product research and development investment has become the consensus of Chinese enterprises to improve the core competitiveness.In the process of rapid economic development,the environmental factors are valued,especially at present,the environmental protection of the battery industry is highly valued,and the environmental protection policies give enterprises greater pressure,so the new product development,especially the development of environmentally friendly new products,directly affects the core competitiveness and survival of enterprises.This requires that China’s battery enterprises quickly and timely develop the new technology products to meet the needs of users.The project management application is very important way to solve the above problems in the product development process.Modern project management is a new management method developed after 1980 s,it is characterized as a uncertainty activity of one-time,team cooperation and is limited by time and resource.In western developed countries,the modern project management has formed its own knowledge system and methodology,and it has been widely used in the industry of project mode actvity.In our country,especially for the domestic small and medium private battery enterprises,based on the weak economic strength and weak consciousness of management,the importance of project management has not been recognized by the management and design staff,so project management has not been carried out well and the application of project management is still in the initial stage in the product development process.TPPL(thin plate pure lead)is an emerging new technology of battery industry.TPPL R & D activity is a typical project,the combination of TPPL R & D activities and project management is a complex project management application example.It divide a complex product development project into many sub projects and use the advanced project management technology to shorten the development time of each sub project to produce a low cost,high quality products in a relatively short time.So the project managemt application in TPPL R&D process is a inevitable choice of our enterprise in order to adapt market competition.In this paper,under local the battery R&D background,based on combining theory with practice,I found the existing problems of R&D project management of H company through investigation,then I take TPPL R&D project as an example and apply the theory of project management including organization,progress,quality,cost management and IS0 quality management into TPPL R&D project to carry out application research to work out the corresponding management countermeasures to solve the problems of H Company,the experiences and shortcomings of project management application are summarized in practical project management activities and raise some suggestions about the management of R & D activities.Establish a set of scientific and reasonable R&D management flow and effective project management mode,shorten time,reduce cost,and ensure the quality of R&D to improve core competitiveness of enterprise.That provides a practical reference example for the battery industry R&D project management and also hopes that is used for reference to improve the R&D project management level of battery industry in China. |
