Study On The Management Design Of Control-Arm End-Cap Localization Project For ZFC Plant

In the 100-year history of the automotive industry,2020 to 2023 has experienced extraordinary three years of ups and down.Affected by the global automobile market and the epidemic,automobile market downturn is more severe.To seek for a breakthrough in the increasingly crowded market competition environment,as leader in the auto parts industry,ZFC company as has taken value analysis and value engineering in recent years and carried out research on cost reduction of key products.The product control arm is the main product in ZFC and the high cost of imported steel as raw materials,thus localization projects of control arm raw materials have become pioneers in cost reduction.ZFC company as pioneer launched some localization of control arm raw materials.Compared with new development projects,the scope of localization projects as change projects is small,however,there are many problems in the actual management of the above-mentioned localization projects.Relatively concentrated problems arise in project schedule,cost,quality,and human resource management.Thus,the study on the new year 2023’s project is valuable.Especially the old projects problems shown on such as project progress not implemented as planned,project costs exceeding budget,and other aspects.These problems began to emerge at an early stage and then trickled down the entire project.In contrast,ZFC Group’s project management process lacks the requirement of the project plan,and the project jumps directly from confirming the project to executing the project.To ensure the smooth development of such projects in the future,the authors propose the design of the project plan.Based on the analysis and summary of lessons learned,combined with the relevant theories of project management,as well as the project management process of ZFC Group,this paper puts forward a project management design scheme for similar projects in the future 2023’s new project,focusing on the project schedule,cost,quality and human resource planning and control process design.Based on the Gantt chart of schedule plan,earned value analysis,advanced product quality planning and human resource management theory,the research on project schedule,cost,quality plan and control management design are explored,and a relatively complete new project scheme and control process design are explored,which provides certain reference significance for future localization projects of the same type of parts.
