| The automobile industry is one of the largest manufacturing industries in China.There is an inseparable relationship between the parts industry and the automobile industry.The rapid rise of new energy vehicles not only forces the innovation of manufacturing technology in the whole vehicle industry,but also forces the improvement of the development level of auto parts enterprises.In this situation,how to develop new products with high efficiency and quality has become one of the important factors to occupy market share.In addition,R & D projects are more challenging and uncertain than ordinary projects.At the same time,it is also related to the future strategic direction of the enterprise.The success rate of R & D of new products does not only depend on technology.It depends more on the way the project is managed.As an auto parts manufacturing enterprise,S company has many problems in project development,which need to be solved urgently.Therefore,the project management of S company’s new product R& D needs to be explored to solve its existing problems.This paper uses project management theory,new product R & D theory,APQP theory and five forces model theory.This paper expounds the current situation of project management of S company.By analyzing the project management process,it is concluded that there are some problems in the project management process,such as cumbersome R & D process,long development cycle and low success rate,unstable quality of new products,lack of project cost control and so on.This paper focuses on managing the project of S company from three aspects:project schedule,project quality and project cost.This project management method can solve the above problems existing in the project management of S company.Project schedule management requires to formulate a clear project schedule management plan,identify key paths,pay attention to schedule changes and control the project schedule in time.The project quality management requires to clarify the project objectives,formulate the project quality management plan,and ensure that the implementation process of the project can be monitored according to the audit process.Project cost management requires to formulate the project budget,monitor the project cost by stages,regularly analyze the deviation between the project cost and the budget,and ensure that the project cost is always under the monitoring of the project.Finally,the paper takes project A as an actual project case.According to the analysis of its project management process,it is concluded that the progress,quality and cost of the project have been controlled timely and effectively.It has reached the expectation of project management.This project management mode of S company has reference value for similar auto parts enterprises.However,there are differences between individuals.While learning from them,we need to consider the actual business situation of our company.The project management mode obtained through exploration and research can ensure the project development process of S company.This project management mode enables the project to be developed with high efficiency,high quality and high efficiency. |
