Measurement of work-piece size has always been an important research topic in the field of measurement.With the progress of the times,China has put forward higher requirements for the advanced nature of testing technology.However,due to the relatively slow development of testing technology in China,the overall level of automation in the field of work-piece size measurement is not high.This thesis studies and designs a small work-piece size non-contact measurement and management analysis system based on laser triangulation and image measurement.In order to improve the automation of work-piece size measurement,the system studied is an automatic detection system with computer as the control core,laser displacement sensor and camera as the measuring tools,and the corresponding mathematical model is established.In order to ensure the reliability of the measurement system,the error of the measurement system is analyzed.The upper computer adopts Visual Studio C++ development platform as the system development,and the lower computer is the STM32F405 development board,which is programmed with KEIL5The thesis discusses the composition of the measurement system platform and the overall design scheme and the realization of each part of the function.The theoretical analysis of the system detection principle is carried out.The development history of the work-piece dimension measurement is comprehensively analyzed,and the overall design scheme of the work-piece dimension measurement system is proposed.The upper computer control system software is written,which mainly includes motion platform control,communication and data collection,human-computer interaction interface,etc.The interface circuit of the controller of the lower computer is designed;the calibration process of the beam direction vector of laser displacement sensor,rotation axis and camera are introduced,the transformation of laser measurement coordinate system is described in depth,and the corresponding calibration algorithm is given,and data processing and analysis are performed.The lower computer collects various measurement signals and data,and the TTL signal of the parallel port realizes the parallel transmission communication between the lower computer and the industrial computer,the serial port and the USB port read the grating scale data,the RS422 bus connects the laser with the lower computer,the network transmits the laser data,and the network port connects the camera to industrial computer.The industrial computer is managed globally,and the data is collected and stored in the database with a set of software.The software processes and analyzes the data in the background.It can visually display the error data,print the report,realize the digital management of the work-piece size measurement,and improve the detection efficiency and accuracy,and the measurement can automatically complete the measurement of the five sections of the work-piece without the need for manual operation.Finally,the error of the system is obtained,and the feasibility of the designed system is verified through the analysis of a series of experimental data,which can meet the requirements in the actual measurement.
