Production logistics should be within the enterprise processing and assembling logistics,throughout the various joints of parts,and will make tens of thousands of different properties parts on time,quality,and quantity to different fitment point.In the process,try to avoid inventory block,ensure production line operation,in the auto manufacturing enterprise,the cost brought by stop line will greatly effect on inherent cost of the product,all of this,led the factory of production logistics high level requirements.So mainly focus on B company supply logistics will be more effective to promote supply logistics.Meanwhile carry out lean logistics,will direct and effective to promote enterprise production,more reasonable,reliable and stable,finally realizes the enterprise green logistics,and improve the operational efficiency of the enterprise.The study are,as these three aspects:(1)Coupled with supply logistics planning and improvement theory,lean logistics and flexible production,investigate and analysis the supply logistics status of B company,summed up the restrict elements for the developing of supply logistics,including limited layout and low utilization rate of automatic logistics equipment.(2)Using the improvement theory of supply logistics,improve the supply logistics about JIS parts of B Company,bumper rear and seat,conveyor in the sky improvement scheme will be put forward,finally carry out it,and create the management by objective.(3)Safeguards and effectiveness analysis,through the conveyor concept carry out,decreasing the inventory area,human and parts quality defect.Increasing the efficiency,and verify the result of conveyor supply logistics concept.Through to the research,combine production theory and automatic logistics,bears some theoretical significance in guiding on supply logistics.Meanwhile,inset lean logistics and flexible theory to B Company logistics improvement system,it is important to strengthen the management and innovation of the overall logistics plan of B Company.
