With the rapid development of auto manufacturing industry in China,the market competition is getting fierce and the profit of auto manufacturing industry is declining year by year.As a labor-intensive industry,how to reduce the operating costs that are rising year by year is an important issue for the auto manufacturing industry.The auto parts company A studied in this paper,an auto parts manufacturer,focuses on the development of the automotive seat market.In the process of rapid development of the industry,due to the obvious homogenization of products,a wide range of new products,the gradual expansion of production scale,shorter and shorter delivery time,rising raw material prices,and gradually increasing internal management costs,thus making its operating costs rise year by year,the enterprise Enterprises are facing unprecedented pressure and challenges.Under such circumstances,logistics management,as one of the important links in the enterprise management of Company A,is one of the key factors to achieve the strategic goal of operational excellence and is crucial for the enterprise to enhance its core competitiveness.This paper presents the current situation and problems of logistics management in A auto parts company,starting from three issues of logistics standard,packaging and manhour model and conducting an in-depth study.Firstly,the research background and significance of this paper are explained,the research content and research method of this paper are described,the references to some literature and the theoretical basis of this paper are summarized and concluded.Secondly,the current situation and problems of logistics management in Company A are analyzed.The relevant problems are mainly the inefficiency of logistics operation caused by the ineffective implementation of logistics standards,the confusion of logistics packaging management and the confusion of logistics working hour model standards.The middle part is the core part of the whole thesis,through the analysis and optimization of the current situation of logistics standard,packaging and working hour model: the optimization of logistics standard implementation,through the development of the work guide system,the establishment of new project supplier spotting result report,solving the problem of ineffective implementation of logistics standard;the optimization of packaging management,the establishment of packaging standardization related documents,the development of packaging management system,the redefinition of job division of labor.Packaging design was put under the responsibility of one department,which reduced design differences and solved the problem of packaging management confusion;logistics work hour model management optimization,using the MTM method to establish the manpower model,standardized the logistics work hour model operation guide,and determined the logistics personnel efficiency improvement based on the MTM database,which solved the problem of logistics work hour model confusion.Finally,it is the guarantee measures for logistics management optimization,from management’s support,carrying out staff business training,improving performance assessment mechanism,and cultivating corporate culture to fully guarantee logistics management optimization in four aspects.The research in this paper has some guidance and reference significance for the solutions of logistics management problems in domestic auto parts companies and manufacturing enterprises of the same type.Through the study of logistics management optimization,it not only reduces the cost of the company,but also improves the efficiency of supply chain operation,reduces the operation cost,improves the competitiveness of the company,and lays the foundation for Company A’s competitive position in the same industry.
