With the further deepening of modern enterprise reform,the business model of traditional thermal power plants has changed from an extensive economic model to an intensive economy model.Using modern information technology to improve operational efficiency has become the main source of the core competitiveness of modern thermal power plants.It can meet the needs of the core business of scientific management.This article takes a rubber group thermal power plant as an example.In view of the problems of independent information and poor real-time performance of enterprises,this paper develops an energy and power management information system.The system uses Internet technology to enable information sharing between independent subsystems.The system is of great significance in improving production efficiency,optimizing management structure and reducing production costs.First of all,this paper describes the current situation,existing problems and development trends of the rubber group thermal power plant.This paper analyzes in detail the production and management background of thermal power plants,and draws the functional and non-functional requirements of energy and power management information systems for thermal power plants.Secondly,it discusses the overall scheme of how to construct the energy and power management information system of thermal power plant.It is explained in detail from three parts:(1)Theoretical research,planning and design for the auxiliary decision-making subsystem;(2)For the subsystems that do not realize the distributed control system,including the distribution operation management system,the deaeration operation management system and the air pressure operation management system,the design and implementation of the distributed control system is carried out.It introduces three implementation scenarios and highlights the specific implementation of the third scenario;(3)For boiler turbine operation management system,ultra-low emission and sewage station operation management system,raw material and fuel supply operation management system,and energy medium supply management system,OPC technology is needed to complete dynamic data exchange between WinCC and its monitoring subsystem.It specifically includes the communication between WinCC and Kingview configuration software,as well as the communication between WinCC and the Forcecontrol configuration software.It can establish a management information system that monitors all subsystems of the entire group.Finally,the paper elaborates on the realization process of the system function module,dynamic data exchange of WinCC and monitoring subsystem,and distributed control subsystem.
