| The active distribution network accesses a large number of distributed power sources,installs a large number of switching devices,has many nodes,many uncertain and uncontrollable components,complex topology and frequent dynamic changes,and is a large-scale dynamic complex system with strong uncertainty.Situational awareness visualization is one of the key technologies for active distribution networks.The substation-centered medium voltage distribution network model(SCDN)and the distribution transformer-centered low-voltage distribution network model(TCDN)are the medium-voltage and low-voltage initiatives proposed by the research team in recent years for the active distribution network situational awareness visualization.The distribution network segmentation model,this paper studies the following key issues of SCDN/TCDN situational awareness visualization:1)SCDN/TCDN single line graph is automatically generatedThe one-line diagram is the base map of the situational view,so the automatic generation of the single-line diagram is the primary issue for the visualization of the SCDN/TCDN situation.The SCDN is much more complex than TCDN.Firstly,based on the typical analysis of the combination of communication switches,the generalized opening and closing GS topology and graphical modeling are proposed.Then,the feeder,feeder group,SCDN hierarchical static topology and hierarchical graph composition model are proposed.Then the spur model based single is proposed.Feeder level initial fan layout and feeder group,SCDN fan splicing calculation method to form the SCDN initial layout.Based on the initial layout,the "node group" and "inertia force"of the second and lower levels of the feeder are proposed.The intersection function is proposed as the objective function,and the gravitational force based on the genetic algorithm is considered.The optimization calculation method of the total repulsion,gravity and inertial force of the side avoidance is used to realize the beautification optimization calculation of the initial layout;the algorithm is verified by the SCDN and 1 TCDN of 5 actual 110Kv substations.2)Calculation of voltage pass rate of SCDN voltage situation mapBased on substation-centered eigenvector model of distribution network voltage contour picture and its dimensionality reduction method,the evaluation of voltage qualification rate of situational picture nodes based on cluster analysis(CA)and support vector machine algorithm(SVM)is explored.The optimization of SVM algorithm based on genetic algorithm(GA)is proposed.The TCDN historical situation picture is used as the training set research case.The effect and analysis result of this method are introduced,which provides a kind of picture-based situation analysis method.The paper also explores a fast calculation method for constructing contour lines of various voltage levels based on the Delaunay triangulation algorithm. |
