Research On Optimization Of Fault Repair Process Of Distribution Network In Power Supply Company

With the rapid development of the national economy and the accelerating urbanization process,the distribution network as an important infrastructure plays a key role in promoting urbanization and economic restructuring.Faced the new trends and new environment,State Grid Corporation has gradually strengthened their investment and maintenance of distribution networks,and proposed the development goals of building a world-class city distribution network,insisting on customer-centered,improving power supply reliability,strengthening the lean management of the power grid,improving the operation efficiency,shortening outage time and improving the service quality by process optimization.This paper analyzes the fault repair process of P company distribution network and finds the problems,including timeout problem,low efficiency,undersupply of resources,and delayed information transfer.Then it analyzes the reasons are the length of waiting time and traffic time is too long,mistakes cause the rework time,the heavy and complicated approval procedure,the complex forms and steps,the poor repair resources management and the level of automation can not reach the standard.Based on problem analysis and ESIA theory,the process design is optimized,then the waste in the process is cleared,the steps are simplified,and the personnel,materials,stations are integrated and redistributed,the recording method,the information sharing mechanism,and the level of equipment automation are improved,the fault location speed and business handling speed are accelerated.The standardization level of the business is also improved because the management procedures and work instructions are refined.Through the implementation of the functional assignment,institution arrangement and the establishment of evaluation system,the process is better implemented.At last,the effect of the implementation of the program was analyzed.The research results of the thesis have certain reference significance for the process optimization management of related power enterprises.
