With the fierce competition in the automobile industry,multi-platform and multi-models mixed-line production gradually showed advantages and became the mainstream trend of China's automobile enterprises.Mixed-line production meets the diversified needs of different customers,but at the time,it also brings great challenges in managing.For the current fierce competition in the automobile industry,enterprises must be market-oriented and organize multi-models mixed-line production to meet the diversified needs of different customers on the basis of ensuring products quality and controlling products cost.With the continuous development of multi-variety co-production technology of automobile products,An Automobile Company keeps moving on in the field of flexible automobile manufacturing.In recent years,An Automobile Company has been in favor of becoming stronger and more independent.In order to meet the needs of development,An Automobile Company continuously launches new products with the stong support of Group fund and technology.Due to the need to mix produce with the original models,each additional model puts forward higher requirements on the flexibility of final assembly production.Based on the theory of production balance and the knowledge of final assembly process,this article discusses in various ways on the problems encountered in the production arrangement and the layout of final assembly process for the new product T5G of An Automobile Company,aiming at describing the realization of flexible production mode in final assembly workshop in the most visualized way.Firstly,analyzes the production status of the three final assembly workshops of An Automobile Company.Then,makes a detailed analysis and elaboration on the aspects such as space traffic ability,equipment adaptability,tooling adaptability,logistics planning,personnel and information system in the process of new model adapting to the layout of the original production line,and combines with the relevant methods of flexible production arrangement to analyze the causes of the problems and put forward corresponding countermeasures and layout optimization program.Analyzes the relationship between factors of mixed-line production by the study of layout optimization program of final assembly process under mixed-line production;put forward corresponding optimization scheme hoping to provide reference and practical value for the production of mixed-line automobile final assembly process.Finally,analyzes the flexible production line of the new model after batch production,improves the bottleneck process with the relevant methods of line balance theory and analyzes and evaluates the effect of the improvement.
