In today’s economic globalization and social informatization,product competition is becoming increasingly fierce,requiring companies not only to quickly design new products according to market requirements,but also to flexibly produce diversified products.This paper takes a company’s newly-built wiper drive assembly production line as the research object.In the design and manufacturing stage,modeling and simulation methods are used to optimize the assembly production line’s process cycle,production line structure balance utilization,and downtime.Firstly,it analyzed the design,production capacity and control requirements of the wiper drive assembly line,adopted the hierarchical colored Petri net theory,and used CPN Tools software to model and simulate the process flow of the wiper drive assembly production line.The impact of the assembly process on the performance of the production line.Then,in view of the problems in the assembly process,the hierarchical colored Petri net was used to optimize the control process,which improved the production line process structure,production line control process plan,and the mechanical structure of the production line assembly,and improved the process beat and production balance of the production line.Using the Petri net control process model,combined with the soft plc modular programming framework,adopted a Petri net based soft plc online process monitoring and diagnosis method to quickly located and screened interruptions and faults in the production line,reducing the assembly line downtime.The research shows that the simulation model based on Petri net can control and optimize the wiper drive assembly production line.The research results of the thesis have been successfully applied in the wiper drive assembly line of a company in Wuhan,effectively improving the production efficiency of the assembly line.The production cost of the enterprise is reduced,and the automatic assembly production demand of the enterprise can be met.The research results have certain theoretical significance and practical value.
