The projectile extrusion process is an important part of the internal ballistic launch process of the weapon,which affects the shooting accuracy of the weapon system and the launch of the weapon system.The study of the projectile extrusion process can provide important theoretical data support for the improvement of the body-worn weapon system,the wear of the rifling,the accuracy of the firing,the matching of the elastic band and the slope,and the stability of the ballistic trajectory.In this paper,a linear array CCD camera combined with image processing is used to study the test method of projectile squeezing motion parameters(speed,acceleration).According to the movement characteristics of the projectile in the process of projectile extrusion,the paper tests the opening method of the projectile projectile in the position of the projectile projectile,and applies the test method of projecting the projectile projectile image on the backlit array CCD camera,and establishes the test model of the projectile extrusion process.The hardware of the test system was selected and parameterized according to the test requirements.At the same time,image denoising algorithm,image enhancement algorithm,image edge detection algorithm,image edge continuity processing algorithm,projectile tail information extraction algorithm and data processing(squeeze displacement,extrusion speed,extrusion acceleration)algorithm are designed to realize the projectile extrusion.Into the process image processing.At the same time,the data were fitted by the polynomial fitting method,the Gaussian fitting method and the quadratic B-spline fitting method.The suitable fitting method was selected according to the characteristics of the projectile extrusion.The projectile squeezes into the process time-speed and time-acceleration images,enabling the measurement of the extrusion parameters.Finally,the projectile simulation device and test system hardware platform were built,and the calibration experiment and simulation test were carried out.The experimental results show that the mechanical launching projectile extrusion device can obtain clear and continuous images.The designed image processing algorithm can reliably realize the processing of the projectile image,and calculate the velocity and acceleration of the projectile into the process parameters.
