In order to reduce waste of much energy in the construction industry,building energy efficiency policies and wall reform policies have been carried out in China?And the researchers have developed architectural closure structure materials in building energy conservation.At the same time,the exploitation of mining resources and the low utilization of the technology result a lot of iron tailings.how to make effective use of tailing in building envelope materials,which has proved to be the key of the research direction of the people Consuming the iron tailings.A new type of composite shear wall of Iron tailing concrete has been researched in this paper.In the first place,referring to the existing composite shear wall structure,a new type composite shear wall structure of iron tailing concrete has been designed including wall material,thickness of wall body and wall structure pattern.Secondly,according to the characteristics of the thermal insulation,the function of wall formwork and the mechanical properties of composite shear walls,the thermal performance,strength and stiffness of the prefabrication insulating formwork have been calculated.Thirdly,combined with the requirements of formwork construction,the formwork of preparative techniques and erection technology are studied.Fourth,in order to study the seismic performance of composite insulation wall,three shear walls have been prepared.And the influence of axial compression ratio on the seismic performance of shear wall are studied by controlling the different axial compression ratio.Comparing the comparison of hysteresis curve,skeleton curve and ductility coefficient of shear wall 1and shear wall 2,the study has found that the horizontal bearing capacity of shear wall without vertical load is smaller than with vertical load.On the contrary,the ductility of shear walls without vertical load is superior to applying vertical load.Comparing the binding bar strain of shear wall 1and shear wall3,the study has found that the connection between the precast slab and the cast in place plate is safe with the binding bar spacing being 300mm*350mm.The research of the projects solve the problem including the short lifetime and the poor fireproof performance in the wall thermal layer,This paper provides theoretical basis and technical support for the promotion of iron tailing concrete composite wall panels,It can reduce the accumulation of iron tailing,reduce the pollution of the environment and have a better environmental benefit.
