The development of UHV and the cross-regional interconnection of power grids will result in long-distance and wide-area stability control services.More wide-area measurement and protection,as well as the application of new control devices and systems,have enabled the transmission of data and information over long distances.Since the wide-area stability control system is highly dependent on the communication network,the risk level of the communication ne’twork will directly affect the safe operation of the power grid.How to reduce the operational risk of communication networks has become the focus of research work in the field of power communication.However,the current power communication network service route planning method does not consider the situation of the station voltage level crossing in the wide area stability control service route,it is difficult to meet the transmission requirement of the wide-area stability control service,and the service routing configuration scheme cannot fully guarantee the stable operation of the power communication network.Therefore,according to the characteristics of the wide-area stability control service,this paper proposes the service route planning in wide-area stability control communication network,and develops a supporting service route planning simulation system to guarantee the stable and reliable operation of the communication network and the smart grid.Since the current route planning methods in power communication network fail to consider the situation of station voltage level crossing in the service route,a planning method,based on immune algorithm,is proposed in this paper to lower the network operational risk by ensuring the voltage level balance degree and main-backup route similarity are both as small as possible.Firstly,the risk of node and link is analyzed to derive the network risk balance degree index,and secondly,the cross station-voltage-level planning problem model is established with the consideration of impact brought by station voltage level crossing and route similarity,and then it is solved utilizing IA.Finally,the experimental result shows that the planning algorithm proposed in this paper can lower the network risk,station voltage level balance degree and the route similarity effectively,which provides a useful reference while planning service routing.Based on the above research,this paper develops a service route planning simulation system for power communication networks,and implements the proposed planning method on the system.Firstly,the requirements analysis of the functional modules in the route planning simulation system such as network topology display,system resource management and service route planning are introduced.After that,the architecture design and database design of the simulation system are introduced in detail.Finally,the implementation process of the route planning method proposed in this paper on the simulation system is expounded,and the route planning results are presented.In summary,this paper combines the existing research results of routing planning,explores the route planning method of power communication network service in the new application scenario,and develops the simulation system to verily the proposed planning method,which can help the operation and maintenance personnel implement wide-area stability control service routing configuration conveniently.In a word,this research is also the theory and tool that is urgently needed in the current power communication network route planning.
