In the era of universal intelligence,the continuous development of sensor equipment,communication technology and machine learning algorithm make mobile devices have increasingly powerful situational awareness ability,which promotes the development of human-computer interaction to intellectualization,naturalization and low-load.At the same time,it also puts forward higher requirements for interaction design.Based on the comprehensive research on the interactive characteristics of mobile context awareness,users' perception and expectation of mobile context awareness,mobile end usersl'behavior patterns and experience problems,this paper carries out a targeted design practice of mobile context awareness system,and on this basis,extracts the interactive design model and experience evaluation model for mobile context awareness system.The specific work is as follows:1.By carrying out two groups of focus groups and future workshops with 12 participants,this paper studies the cognitive status,acceptance and expectations of current users of mobile context awareness system,and establishes a psychological model of users'perception of mobile context.From the log data,behavior operation records and retrospective interview records of 32 users for 2 weeks,we can extract the available categories of situational information,user behavior patterns and possible application areas of mobile situational awareness.Through user behavior data and user description,it is found that the current mobile ubiquitous learning has a series of problems,such as interruption,low user participation,poor learning efficiency or poor effect,due to the lack of situational,interaction process,learning content,notification and push mechanism,which do not match the external environment,internal mood and current task operation of users when they are learning.2.By analyzing 232 users' learning motivation,learning behavior characteristics,problems encountered in learning and solutions,personal characteristics and other data,this paper studies the relationship between user experience problems such as ubiquitous learning behavior characteristics,interruption and personal characteristics.On this basis,based on mobile situational awareness theory,the key task flow and key interactive elements of ubiquitous learning are disassembled,and a ubiquitous learning system is designed to screen learning content,prevent disturbance,motivate learning and enhance learning effect according to situational information and personal characteristics.3.Based on the disassembly of mobile context-aware interaction elements,the comparative analysis of mobile context-aware and traditional human-computer interaction systems,and the design practice of mobile context-aware system,an interactive interface model for mobile context-aware system is proposed.4.From the evaluation system of usability,user experience,satisfaction,experience evaluation model for mobile context awareness or other intelligent systems,as well as the evaluation dimension and experience expectation put forward by users,69 evaluation indicators suitable for evaluating mobile context awareness system are extracted.Ninety users were invited to use a set of 69 indicators to evaluate the mobile context-aware ubiquitous learning system and Taobao mobile context-aware recommendation system in this study.After proj ect analysis,factor analysis and structured modeling of the evaluation data,a mobile situational awareness evaluation model with 12 latent variables and path coefficients is obtained.Using the evaluation model to calculate the scores of the two tested systems,we found that the mobile situational awareness ubiquitous learning system performed well,among which the scores of latent variables such as avoidance of disturbance,task performance,avoidance of stress and decline of physiological function were better,reflecting that situational awareness solved the problems of disturbance interruption,difficulty to recover,cognitive state and learning content mismatch in the original ubiquitous learning system to a certain extent.And so on.In summary,this study synthesizes the interactive characteristics of mobile context awareness system,the psychological model of users'perception of mobile context,the behavior model of mobile users and the personal characteristics of users,and proposes the design model and experience evaluation model of mobile context awareness system-oriented interactive interface,and carries out design and evaluation practice,which provides a theory for relevant researchers and designers.Support,obj ective behavior data and design scheme,design pattern and evaluation system.We can continue to explore more causal relationships among latent variables in the evaluation model to optimize the fitness of the model.At the same time,we can continue to explore the application scenarios and application areas of mobile situational awareness fit.
