| In recent years,Internet,cloud computing,artificial intelligence and other technologies have become more and more mature.Rich and diverse vehicle services have come into people’s lives.The number of devices and products that can be accessed in the car is also increasing.Vehicle scene has become the key scene of human-computer interaction design.But,at present,the research on Context-awareness and vehicle system is more focused on the technical level.Therefore,the concept of Context-awareness and interaction design concept are introduced into the design of vehicular human-computer interaction products,and the service object,application context,user experience and other elements are included in the design research,which is conducive to the transformation of vehicular human-computer interaction product design research from technology oriented to user experience oriented.In the research stage,this thesis studies the application of Context-awareness in different fields,clarifies the implementation principle of Context-awareness system,and explores the opportunity of vehicle Context-awareness product design.In the user research stage,using quantitative and qualitative methods,this thesis deconstructs and analyzes the user needs of on vehicle products,and excavates the relevant factors that affect the user’s driving experience.Through trust score analysis,correlation coefficient analysis and K-means analysis,the cognitive characteristics of users and the demand for vehicle products are summarized.Combined with the research results,using the visualization methods such as Persona and User experience map to summarize the characteristics and needs of the target users,and finally puts forward the corresponding design ideas to guide the specific design practice.In the product design stage,the author plans the design practice of Blink vehicle interaction system.Based on the mode of "hardware + software + service",this thesis designs Blink hardware products and Blink vehicle system interface respectively.The interaction design thinking and method are applied in the Context-awareness vehicle products.In the design verification stage,The 1:1 printed 3D model is applied to the real car driving experiment,and using the Wizard of Oz experimental method to test the usability of design practice.Combined with the research method of user interview,users’ evaluation of the product is obtained to guide the subsequent iterative design of the product. |
