With the rapid development of highway and the comprehensive popularization of rural roads,highway construction has become a fast,intelligent and renewal trend,but at the same time,it has also caused a lot of safety problems.The anti-skid resistance of pavement is the key factor to ensure the safe driving of vehicles.In view of the fact that traditional test methods can not effectively,quickly,accurately and cheaply detect the anti-skid performance of pavement and pavement quality,starting from the image information of pavement,this study obtains the relevant parameters which can represent the texture information of pavement by image three-dimensional reconstruction technology to describe the anti-skid performance of pavement,and achieves the multi-angle and all-round evaluation of the anti-skid performance of pavement by establishing a fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model.The quality of the captured image directly affects the accuracy of the 3D reconstruction and the quality of the calculation results,the external factors that interfere with image quality in the process of image acquisition are analyzed,and an imaging device which integrates industrial camera,annular illumination lamp and computer is designed.HALCON software is used to reconstruct the three-dimensional image and extract the three-dimensional reconstruction matrix.Then the gray level co-occurrence matrix and fractal dimension are solved by using MATLAB.Then the relevant texture parameters are regressed with the construction depth of sand laying method and the friction coefficient of pendulum tester.Finally,a fuzzy evaluation model which can synthesize the macro-micro texture characteristics of pavement is established and the anti-skid performance of pavement is evaluated.Finally,the fuzzy evaluation model is analyzed and validated by the data collected from outdoor pavement.The results of image processing technology show that the software-based three-dimensional reconstruction can effectively restore the true texture characteristics of pavement.The symbiotic matrix algorithm chooses the step size d=4 and the angle of 0 degree as the most ideal.The macroscopic texture parameters(energy,entropy,correlation)and the correlation between fractal dimension and traditional parameters are good.Macroscopic texture parameters are positively correlated with traditional test parameters,while fractal dimension is related to pavement type.For the same type of asphalt pavement,fractal dimension is proportional to structure depth and inversely proportional to pendulum value.For different types of pavement with the same grade,fractal dimension depends on the dispersion degree of graded particles.Both indoor and outdoor pavement tests show that the results of the comprehensive evaluation model are consistent with those of the traditional test evaluation,which shows that the comprehensive model can effectively evaluate the pavement performance and anti-skid stability of asphalt pavement.The three-dimensional reconstruction technology of image processing can be used as a new evaluation method to replace the traditional test method for pavement testing.
