| Due to the poor safety of the asphalt pavement in the tunnel in case of fire,long highway tunnels and super-long tunnels in our country mostly use cement pavement.However,the humidity is high and the driving speed is slow,and the car exhaust gas accumulates on the road to form a mirror surface,which greatly affects driving safety.Therefore,the study on the decay law of cement pavement texture structure in the tunnel is of special significance for improving the safety of highway traffic.Use the developed accelerated grinding platform to conduct grinding experiments on longitudinal diamond grinding texture,transverse groove texture,and longitudinal new generation concrete road texture.The tire rotation diameter is 50 cm,the tire size is 145/70R12,the speed is 14km/h,and the ground pressure is 0.2MPa.The grinding width of the test piece is145 mm,the measurement cycle is 90,000 times,and the PLC automatic measurement control program of the laser instrument is improved.The improved interpolation method based on the change of texture curvature is used to fill in the missing data,which better restores the phenomenon of missing data.The three-dimensional texture model of cement pavement based on wavelet filtering and multi-resolution decomposition is used to separate and reconstruct the three-dimensional macro-texture and micro-texture.The wavelet datum plane truly restores the profile of the specimen.The concept of positive texture and negative texture of foreign ISO standard pavement roughness is applied to pavement texture.The pavement texture is divided into macro texture,positive texture micro texture and negative texture micro texture based on the average groove or ridge depth as the reference plane,which is more convenient Observe the decay law of macro-texture and micro-texture during grinding.Using the mean height MH(Mean Height),which characterizes the height of the texture itself,three kinds of texture decay processes and grinding decay laws are explored.The one-way analysis of variance and Tukey’s HSD post-test were applied to the MH index,which showed that the texture type has a significant influence on the pavement’s slip resistance.The research shows that the initial roughness of diamond grinding texture is high but the overall anti-skid performance is poor.The initial roughness of the grooved texture is poor but the overall anti-skid performance is better.The new generation of concrete pavement has good initial roughness and the best overall anti-skid performance.The grinding texture and the microtexture decay of the new-generation concrete pavement texture have a running-in,rapid decay and steady decay period,and the running-in period of the grooved texture is not obvious.The macro-texture decay of the abrasive texture,the grooved texture,and the new-generation concrete pavement texture exhibits rapid decay and steady decay period.The conclusion provides a new detection and evaluation index for studying the law of texture anti-skid,and the division of decay period provides a new idea for the law of decay. |
