The vehicle and load act on the road by tire,tire-road interaction can product three dimensional(3-D)stress,the 3-D tire-road contact stress has important influence on safety,comfort,reliability and service life of road.At present,the 3-D tire-road contact stress sensor has the defects of low dynamic measurement accuracy and unstable performance.In order to measure the 3-D tire-road contact stress under high speed driving,in this paper,a novel piezoelectric tire-road contact stress sensor is designed based on the piezoelectric effect of piezoelectric materials.The main research contents of this paper are as follows:(1)Firstly,the finite element analysis method is used to establish the tire-road contact simulation model,simulate the tire-road contact state under static and steady-state conditions,and analyze the distribution characteristics of tire-road contact stress under different working conditions,and the influence.Factor,and use this as a reference to design the tire-road contact stress measurement sensor structure.(2)Secondly,the working principle of the traditional piezoelectric ceramic sensor is analyzed.According to the measurement requirements of the tire-road contact stress,combined with the mechanical and electrical characteristics of the piezoelectric material,PZT-5 piezoelectric ceramic suitable for high-precision dynamic measurement is selected as the sensor.Sensitive component materials,piezoelectric effects and piezoelectric equations,design sensor-sensitive components,and build the overall structure and layout of the sensor;(3)Secondly,based on the existing data acquisition conditions and sensor structure characteristics,according to the research results of the existing signal conditioning circuit,the signal conditioning circuit used by the matched sensor is optimized and a simple experimental platform is built,and the signal conditioning is verified by a simple experiment.The design of the circuit is reasonable and effective;The new piezoelectric 3-D stress sensor developed in this paper has the advantages of small size,light weight,reliable work,high natural frequency,high sensitivity and high dynamic measurement accuracy,and has a great application prospect.
