In order to study the friction mechanism between the tire and the road surface,a perfect tire and road contact model should be established first. However,in the process of establishing the tire-road contact model, many researchers have built models that is often been simplified, and the non-linearity of the tire structure and the non-linearity of the contact between the tire and the road surface are not fully considered. Therefore,in order to accurately simulate the tire and contact rolling process,it is the most necessary to establish a more realistic tire-road contact model. This article describes the finite element model for the tire's steady-state rolling analysis, the article describes the construction process of the overall structure model of the vehicle and the pavement structure model. The finite element modeling of the tire rolling model has consider the nonlinear relationship of the tire material, and the tire's nonlinear relationship of the displacement and strain during the tire is under the large deformation. On the choice of the parameters of the tire model material, the Reoh model and the elastic model of the cord are compared.Considering the influence of road irregularities on the rolling process of the tires,a finite model of the three-dimensional road surface was reconstructed, and the penalty function method is used to solve the nonlinear problem of the contact between tire and pavement, and in the end the finite element model of the tire contacted with the road surface was established. Then use the established model for static and dynamic simulation, and the simulation results are compared with the changes of tire deformation stress distribution and contact stress during the experiment, and the accuracy and reliability of the model has been verified. The results indicate that the tire-road contact model established in the paper accords with the actual tire deformation conditions. The vehicle and road finite element model established in this paper can meet the requirements of simulation experiments. Finally, the three-dimensional model was used to analyze the frictional stress during the steady rolling process of the tire on the contact surface. The paper studies the influence of the angle of side slip on the deformation of the tire when it comes in contact with a rigid ground, the distribution of the contact stress at different speeds during the straight running of the vehicle, the influence of the tire pressure on the lateral force of the tire, and the side force during turning of the vehicle are studied, and the relationship between the lateral force and the return moments and the sideslip angle in Sliding conditions.
