| This paper relies on the national key research and development plan "Research and Application of Modular Integrated Rescue Equipment for Road Traffic Accidents"(Project Number: 2016YFC0802706),which is aimed at the low level of multi-functional integration of emergency rescue equipment for road traffic accidents in China and the lack of chassis for rescue vehicles.Faced with a variety of roads and major traffic accidents under the damaged road surface,the rescue environment was formed,a new type of wrecker-specific operation device and a special chassis design scheme were formed,and the structural design was unreasonable by the finite element analysis software ANSYS and ABAQUS.Make optimization improvements.The main contents of the thesis are:(1)Design,analysis and optimization of the getting off part.In view of the lack of special operation chassis and the unreasonable design of the chassis structure in the design process of China’s wrecker,the design and calculation of the chassis and sub-frame of the wrecker are carried out,and the finite element model is established,and the frame of the chassis is based on the working conditions.The finite element analysis was carried out on the sub-frame section to improve the area with insufficient structure.(2)Establishment and analysis of the finite element model of the dedicated operating device.Through the design calculation results,the three-dimensional model of the vehicle is established,and the finite element model is established in ANSYS to verify the safety and reliability of the special operation device under dangerous conditions,and to optimize and improve the unreasonable structure design.(3)Structural design of a new type of special operation device.This paper analyzes the causes of the failure of the wrecker and the constraints of the working environment,optimizes the design of the new operating device.In view of the fact that the accident vehicle during the rescue process is on a slope road or a road with unequal roads,the conventional lifting mechanism cannot adjust the angle to theslope to lift the weight.The push-pull positive and negative tilt function device is designed. |
