Gear transmission systems are widely used in modern machinery for their smoothness,efficiency and accuracy.Duing to factors such as high processing accuracy and complex external environmental influences,gear tooth failure is the main cause of mechanical failure.Tooth surface wear is an inevitable main factor of system failure,and its influence on the dynamic characteristics of gear transmission system is an important topic for scholars.In this paper,the research object is spur gear transmission,and analyze its dynamic characteristics under healthy and worn conditions.The main research contents are as follows:Research on dynamic response of straight gear transmission system:Establishing nonlinear dynamic model of spur gear transmission system based on lumped parameter method.And then solve the system to use a numerical algorithm and analysis of the effects of different speeds and friction coefficients on the gear transmission system.Finally,verify the rationality of the model through experiments.Study on the meshing stiffness of the tooth surface wear: the gear meshing stiffness considering the uniform wear of the tooth surface and the gear meshing stiffness considering the uneven wear of the tooth surface are calculated by different numerical algorithms,and the results are compared.Considering the randomness of the tooth surface wear,The gear meshing stiffness of the random tooth surface wear amount is solved to analyze the influence of the randomness of the tooth surface wear on the meshing stiffness.Research on gear dynamics response considering tooth surface wear:Combining the established meshing stiffness with tooth surface wear and the nonlinear dynamics model of the spur gear drive to establish a nonlinear dynamic model of spur gear transmission system with tooth surface wear.And then analysis of different speeds,number of runs,random impact of tooth surface wear on the gear transmission system.Study on the dynamic response of gears considering the frictional friction of mixed elasto-flow: Considering the actual friction between the tooth surfaces,the dynamic model of the gear transmission system considering the wear of the tooth surface during elastohydrodynamic lubrication is established;the solution is solved by numerical algorithm,and the hybrid bomb is not considered.For comparison of gear dynamics response of flow lubrication,the dynamic characteristics of the dynamic model of the gear transmission system with flank wear during elastohydrodynamic lubrication are considered.
