To a certain extent, the design and manufacturing technology level of gear reducer demonstrates the country's industrial development level. In recent ten years, the development of CAD, VR and automation technology has been widely used in domestic and foreign gear reducer manufacturing, which has changed the traditional manufacturing idea and organizational mode of production. This thesis has integrated learned the above three techniques. Since the mixed reducer has four characteristics: large transmission ratio, high transmission efficiency, compact structure, high transmission efficiency and large output torque, based on the above three techniques, this thesis taking L type reducer as the research object, which contains the parallel axis gear train and planetary gear train, reseaches the discrete optimization design of the discrete parameter and nonlinear dynamic characteristics. The main research works are following:(1) Analyzes the parameters of gear transmission system of the reducer(the number of teeth, the modulus and other related discrete parameter variables), and establishes the objective function and constraints; Furthermore, makes the corresponding discrete optimization program using MATLAB for realizing the discrete optimization design of the gerar transmission system the mixed reducer.(2) Based on the optimized parameters, strength check is implemented with the gear bending and contact fatigue strength formulas; What is more, based on gear involutes line theory and the curve parameterized editing commands, uses Pro/E software to complete its3D parts and assembly modeling, and then test its interference.(3) In the Mechanism/Pro module of PRO/E, basic constraints are given to the gear transmission system in order to complete the initial dynamics model; Next, the.cmd file is imported into ADAMS for establishing a complete gear system dynamics model (the contact stiffness coefficient, drive and load are given). And then, though dynamic simulation of the model, the curves of the speed and meshing forces of the input and output gear are obtained, which give us real-time observation of the relative motion between the gears transmission system, and the various components of'the instantaneous changes in movement and meshing forces can be measured correctly.
