The phenomenon of energy shortage has become increasingly prominent in the world.The research and development of motors are developing towards a more energy-saving and environment-friendly direction.Therefore,high-efficiency energy-saving motors have become a key research issue in the field of motors.Compared with induction motor,permanent magnet synchronous motor has relatively higher power factor and higher motor efficiency.In addition,permanent magnet synchronous motor also has a wide range of application prospects.In the research of permanent magnet synchronous motor,the research of its starting performance is also a key point.In this paper,a common cage induction starting permanent magnet synchronous motor is analyzed and studied.The effects of various structural parameters on motor start performance are compared.Combined with the actual production,the difference in the motor starting performance caused by changing the arrangement mode of permanent magnet under the condition of ensuring the consumption of permanent magnet is emphatically analyzed,which provides data support and ideas for the later design of motor body.The main contents of this paper are as follows:Firstly,the structure,working principle,power equation,torque equation,starting characteristic,stable running characteristic and tooth slot torque of the motor are introduced.Secondly,a finite element analysis model is established for the original motor,and the finite element simulation analysis is carried out.Combined with the simulation data,the possible influence of the changes of motor structure parameters on motor performance was analyzed,including the length of uniform air gap,number of rotor slots,width and depth of slots,as well as different arrangement modes of permanent magnets under the same permanent magnet dosage.Finally,according to the previous analysis of different structures,different parameters were modified.Then the finite element software was simulated and the simulation results were compared,among which the starting performance indicators of the motor were mainly compared,including starting torque,starting current,speed,etc.
