Since 1980 s,countries in the world have gradually relaxed their regulatory policies on the power market,trying to make the power industry have a certain competitive environment like the general industry,so as to promote the development of the power industry as a whole.Since this period,China began to carry out the reform of the electric power industry.After the exploration and practice of the two rounds of electric power reform in 1987 and 2002,the State Council put forward the third round of electric power reform framework of "three liberalisation,one independence and three strengthening" in 2015.In recent years,the profitability of China Petroleum Electric Energy Company has been declining,so it is urgent to persist in the reform and transformation,to seek development with increment,to meet the needs of reform,and to expand the new market.By combining the relevant theory with the actual situation of the enterprise,this paper formulates the marketing strategy of China Petroleum Electric Energy Company,which makes it operable,closer to the actual needs,and more valuable for popularization and application.It provides a certain reference for the in-depth development of marketing work of China Petroleum Electric Energy Company.In this paper,the marketing situation of power sales department of China Petroleum Electric Energy Company is studied by consulting data,comparative analysis,interview discussion and so on.By consulting the business data over the years,the marketing situation of China Petroleum Electric Energy Company is clarified.Through the visit and investigation,it is found that there are some problems in the marketing strategy of China Petroleum Electric Energy Company.In order to solve these practical problems,using the marketing combination theory and service marketing theory learned in the classroom,this paper formulates the specific marketing strategy suitable for the power sales department,in order to improve the original business situation of China Petroleum Electric Energy Company.The designated marketing strategy consists of five aspects: product strategy and price policy,channel strategy,promotion strategy and customer service strategy.At the same time,the detailed implementation guarantee plan is put forward in the aspects of business management and system,human resource system and technical support,so as to ensure the smooth implementation of marketing strategy and make China Petroleum Electric Energy Company form a scientific and effective modern marketing system.To formulate a marketingmanagement system suitable for the development of enterprises,in the future reform,to provide strong theoretical support and practical suggestions for the sustainable development of China Petroleum Electric Energy Company.
