The acquisition and analysis of exposes surroundingrock mass structure are the preconditions of safety construction in tunnels and underground engineering.There are no mature theories and methods for the three core issues in this field,that is,the acquisition,identification and analysis of rock mass structure information.On one hand,traditional techniques on the acquisition of rock mass structure information,such as geological compass method,are confronted with problems of low accuracy,long time and incomplete access to information.On the other hand,emerging methods including photogrammetry and laser scanning have poor tunnel environment adaptability.At present,the identification method of rock mass structure information is only carried out based on two-dimensional information,and it is unable to analyze the three-dimensional occurrence directly.In addition,the extent scale of the structural plane is basically assumed to be infinitely.The theory and method for stability analysis of complex-shaped blocks are extremely absent in terms of the analysis of rock mass structure information.In view of the above problems,the optimization and solution methods are proposed and applied in the practical engineering.It provides a strong guarantee for the safety construction of tunnels and underground projects.(1)The tunnel environment simulation test system is designed to simulate the laser attenuation characteristics and image resolution attenuation characteristics under the condition of water vapor-dust non-direct coupling.The laser attenuation and imaging effects under different dust concentration and humidity environments are studied,and the tunnel complex environment is proposed.The 3D laser scanning and photogrammetric parameter setting scheme enhances the tunnel environment adaptability of the two types of information acquisition methods.(2)Aiming at the problem of rock mass structure information acquisition,the automatic detection equipment for tunnel rock mass structure based on true color point cloud was designed,independently developed high mobility travel system for tunnel construction road conditions,automatic data acquisition system based on true color point cloud,remote control and The data transmission system enables the equipment to have functions such as intelligent travel,automatic detection,remote control and remote data transmission to realize unattended,efficient and accurate acquisition of rock mass structure information.(3)The rock mass structure information model of image data and 3D laser point cloud data fusion is established by studying the automatic identification method of 2D rock mass structure features aiming at the problem of identification and analysis of rock mass structure information,.Based on this,the 3D feature recognition method of rock mass structure is proposed.Analyze the relationship between the extension of the structural plane and the exposed structural traces,establish a model of the relationship between the length and diameter of the structural plane,and propose the automatic identification and scale prediction method of the rock mass structure information.Extraction method;a complex shape block stability analysis method based on 3D laser point cloud data is proposed,and a fast discriminant method for unstable block instability mode is established to realize fast analysis of complex shape block stability.The rock mass structure stability analysis algorithm was studied,and the Geology Plane V2.1 rock mass structure analysis program was developed.
