With the rapid growth of online shopping demand this year,the problems faced by e-commerce companies have also increased.The main problems are the large amount of storage SKUs,the variety of customers,the complex customer orders,and the faster order response.The multi-layer shuttle system solves the e-commerce problem because of its dense storage and efficient transportation.The research object of this paper is the multi-layer shuttle access system under module picking.The system uses the roadway shuttle and the hoist to complete the loading and unloading task of the tote,and uses the outbound conveyor roller to connect the adjacent lanes to realize the transportation of the totes through the roadway,and introduces the selection module including multiple picking stations.The picking task of the surrounding lane turnover box.This paper mainly studies the configuration of the number of facilities of the multi-layer shuttle access system and the structural design of the picking module.Determine the optimal number of storage area layer arrangement,the number of partitions,and the number of selection modules in each partition selection module;determine the impact of the buffer area on the system efficiency in the selection module structure.Firstly,the system performance is analyzed,which provides the basis for the subsequent design optimization system.The queuing theory is modeled on the multi-layer shuttle picking system under the module picking,and the decomposition method is used to solve the problem.The composition processing time composition of the analysis system consists of the waiting time between each subsystem and the actual working time of each subsystem.When the order task quantity is certain,the actual working time of the subsystem is basically unchanged,and the waiting time is The system configuration varies and changes accordingly.The outbound efficiency of the system is analyzed,and the efficiency of the system is the minimum of the efficiency of each subsystem in the system.Secondly,optimize the system configuration of the system,according to the resources and outbound efficiency requirements provided by the user,with the lowest cost of the facility as the optimization goal,establish the cost optimization model of the system,and design the heuristic under the premise that the subsystems are balanced in efficiency.The algorithm solves the model and solves the optimal facility quantity configuration.Finally,the structural design of the selection module is optimized,and two special cases are analyzed.It is found that appropriately increasing the buffer length in the picking module helps to shorten the waiting time and stay time of the turnover box,and improve the system efficiency.The selection of module structure design has certain reference significance.
