Under the background of German Industry 4.0 and Intelligent Manufacturing in China,in order to meet the requirements of lean management and high-efficiency customer needs,follow up the pace of intelligent logistics and create intelligent logistics.Multi-Tier shuttle-based storage and retrieval system(MSS/RS),with its advantages of high-density inventory,integrated storage and separation,and mechanical operations,breaks through traditional logistics and is widely used in tobacco,automotive,pharmaceutical,food and other industries.Different from the ordinary MSS/RS,the new MSS/RS based on automatic guided pallet handling equipment uses AGV to replace the conveyor line connecting the elevator and the picking table in the ordinary MSS/RS,and implement the elevators connection with picking tables and temporary storage areas.While inheriting the advantages of ordinary MSS/RS,it can accurately dock at any position,which is suitable for multi-site and multi-functional scenarios,to achieve automatic warehousing and picking of palletized goods with dense storage in stereoscopic warehousin,especially in the tobacco and automotive industries,and has been widely recognized by the society,but in terms of theoretical research,there is currently no relevant research literature at home and abroad,and system performance and configuration issues are difficult to properly handle.This article takes MSS/RS based on AGV as the research object,completes the overall design of the system,including the system layout architecture and configuration conditions,analyzes the system outbound and inbound operation process according to its system characteristics,and combines the system operation process and physical motion laws,builds an order service time model of the multi-layer shuttle storage system based on AGV,by using Mixed networks modeling method,and analyze the equipment utilization rate and order service efficiency of the MSS/RS based on AGV by changing the order arrival rate and AGV quantity,and uses Flexsim to establish a simulation model to verify the effectiveness of the queuing network model.Based on the order service time model and equipment utilization rate index requirements,This article considers the cost of the MSS/RS based on AGV,and build a multi-objective configuration optimization model,including minimum order service time,minimum difference rate of AGV utilization index,minimum system cost,and uses NSGA-? algorithm to solve the model,perform system configuration optimization and cost analysis on the premise of meeting the annual average daily storage requirements of the enterprise,and provide an effective reference basis for the establishment and selection of an appropriate warehousing.
