At present,electric vehicles are developing rapidly and their structures are diversifying.In the development of electric vehicles,bench testing is an important means to shorten the development cycle and reduce development costs.The structure of electric vehicles is diverse and the development cycle is getting shorter and shorter.In order to reduce the development cost of vehicles and test banch,this paper proposes a modular,flexible and configuration-based gantry design idea,which can be based on electric vehicle structure and test.In order to quickly build the test bench we need,this paper focuses on the purpose of real-time test of the system under test in the gantry,and establishes a virtual reality-based driving simulation system and a gantry dynamic loading control system.The specific research content is as follows.By analyzing the structure and gantry structure of electric vehicles,using the modularized,flexible and configurable design ideas,the test bench simulation system is built.The simulation system mainly includes the whole vehicle model,the gantry model and the motor control.The strategy and vehicle control strategy were verified,and the test bench simulation system was verified.Finally,the effectiveness of the bench simulation system was proved by relevant standards.The dynamic load control strategy of motor based on backward model and forward model is studied.By analyzing its advantages and disadvantages,a forward-model motor control method based on rotational speed is proposed.The dynamic loading control strategy of drive motor and load motor is designed by using this method,and the effectiveness of the strategy is proved.In order to make the system under test have the effect of real vehicle test in the gantry,basing on the establishment of the dynamic loading control strategy of the motor,a virtual reality-based driving simulation system was developed,and the surrounding vehicles and pedestrians in the virtual reality scene were built.Various operational state models and traffic light change state models.Finally,the developed vehicle model is integrated with the driving simulation system,and the control of the driving simulation system and the display of key data are realized through the developed GUI interface.Based on the NI PXI real-time simulation system,the dynamic loading controller of the drive motor and the load motor was developed.The landing interface and control interface of the gantry measurement and control system were designed by Labview and NI veristand,and the virtual driving simulation system and motor dynamic loading control were completed.Finally,the hardware-in-the-loop test based on the driver's ring is carried out,and the test results are analyzed.In order to further verify the effectiveness of the gantry measurement and control system,a bench test was carried out on the built measurement and control system.The test results show that the built measurement and control system basically meets the test requirements.
