The development of the automobile brings convenience to people's life,but it also comes serious energy and pollution problems.Electric vehicle with the characteristics of energy saving,high efficiency,low noise,zero emission,has become the future direction of automobile development.However some technologies are seriously restricting its development.Such as motor control technology,battery technology,regenerative braking technology.Automobile test is an effective way to solve the above problems.At present,the main test methods of electric vehicle are outdoor road test,indoor bench test and computer simulation test.The indoor bench test with the advantages of not being influenced by environmental factors,short research cycle,low cos and so on,has become an ideal test method for the electric vehicle research.So the research of electric vehicle test bench is of great value in engineering application.This paper takes the electric vehicle driving and regenerative braking test bench as the research object,puts forward the scheme design of the test bench.Firstly,based on the analysis of the key technical problems and the test items,this paper presents the function and requirements of the test bench.Combined with method of modularization,all the functions of the platform are realized by motor and control system module,torque speed measurement module,vehicle inertia module,driving resistance simulation module,battery and energy management module and system control module,then completes the overall structure scheme design of the test bench.Secondly,the paper designs mechanical structure of the test bench and calculates the key parameters of the components in detail.At the same time,the preliminary design of the control system is carried out.According to the SCM technology and virtual instrument technology,the paper selects the components to be used in the control system and defines its function and the input and output parameters.Thirdly,referring to the national standard of road test,this paper designs the test scheme.With the test scheme,the bench can complete the simulation of road driving cycle,which can be used to test the motor performance,the vehicle dynamic and economic performance,also the regenerative braking system performance.Finally,the mechanical structure of the test-bed is completed.In order to verify the function and effect of the test bench,the motor performance is tested on the bench,the experimental results are consistent with the theoretical curves.For the incomplete part,the software Matlab/Simulink is used to simulate the regenerative braking test.The result shows that the output torque of motors,eddy current dynamometer,magnetic powder clutch and the change of the SOC value are consistent with the theoretical analysis.The results show that the design scheme and test scheme proposed in this paper can meet the requirements of electric vehicle performance test.
