Due to the short development time,complex construction conditions,many sections of Bridges and tunnels,and immature technology,the accident rate has been high.With the gradual improvement of highway construction in plain areas of our country,the large-scale highway development and construction in mountainous areas has begun,which makes the characteristics of this accident more and more obvious.Compared with highway engineering in plain area,highway construction in mountainous area is more complicated in terrain,geology and climate.Highway construction in mountainous areas has the characteristics of strong mobility,high coordination,long project construction cycle and easy to be interfered by human and natural factors,such as factor superposition,fuzzy evaluation,random accident,etc.,which leads to greater difficulty in highway construction in mountainous areas and greater potential risk loss in construction.Therefore,in order to reduce the accident rate of highway construction in mountainous area,further reduce the risk loss,and control the project quality,risk assessment has become one of the key points of highway construction in mountainous area.This paper first analyzes the differences and connections between mountain highway engineering and plain highway engineering,then analyzes the characteristics of mountain highway engineering construction and the key and difficult points of mountain highway engineering construction technology,and finally focuses on the risk characteristics of mountain highway engineering construction,which lays a foundation for identifying the construction risk indexes later.Then,on the basis of summarizing the advantages and disadvantages of each method,the initial set of construction risks of highway engineering in mountainous areas is determined by combining literature research method and Delphi method.Then,the basic principles that should be followed in the establishment of risk evaluation index system for highway construction in mountainous areas are analyzed and explained.Then,,using the principal component analysis method,the mountain area highway construction risk factor initial set which constructs carries on the analysis,and according to its analysis result determined the mountain area highway construction risk appraisal index system,has laid the foundation for the mountain area highway construction risk appraisal.Finally,taking the west end project of the north ring road of wulong county as an example,the evaluation data of each evaluation index was obtained by means of expert scoring,and the weight of each index was further determined by entropy weight method.Fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method of wulong county seat ring professional ring west project construction risk is evaluated,and the wulong county ring professional ring important risk factors existing in the western engineering(construction technology level,bad geology,survey and design,bidding,organization plan)presents the corresponding risk response.
