A Study On Adaptive Reconstruction Strategy Of Rural Homestay

With the development of economy and the progress of society,people have higher and higher requirements on the quality of life.In recent years,"experiential" deep tourism has been in full swing.Due to the beautiful rural scenery and unique regional culture,it is favored by consumers.Therefore,some villagers run their own farmhouses,inns and some unique homestays and resort hotels.However,due to the current domestic home stay late,experiential tourism operations management concept is relatively lag is weak,the rural construction is still in the exploratory stage,led to some constructive destruction and produce products of the same phenomenon,and guest expectations,but also the protection of rural culture and sustainable development had a negative effect.At this point,the country has issued a series of policies to actively guide the rural construction in the right direction.In November,the shandong provincial government issued "the high-quality goods in shandong province tourism development planning(-)" in the tourism industry to build new kinetic energy conversion and boutique travel base,boutique tourist resort,classic tourist scenic spot,cities high-quality goods leisure tourism blocks(community),classic tourist hotel,village boutique travel characteristics.Rural construction has a long way to go and rural tourism has the foundation and potential for development.In Shandong province as a result,this article selects some operational management more successful,architectural design and the case of the concept is unique rural home stay facility construction,on the field survey and research,pointed out that at present the problems and advantages reform,and summarized and adapt to the mountain village in Shandong province transformation strategy of home stay facility,and hope that through this study design practice to provide help for the modification of the rural home stay facility.This paper is divided into five chapters,as follows:(1)introduction--it introduces the research background,clarifies the purpose and significance of the paper,clarifies the methods and formulates the corresponding research framework of the paper.(2)overview of research and practice of rural homestays--firstly,the concept of rural homestays is defined and summarized,and different elements from the architectural perspective are classified.Secondly,the development process and research status are discussed.Finally,based on different perspectives,the relevant researches on b&b are summarized and theoretical methods are used for reference:(3)typical case study in shandong province--four typical mountainous cases of fuquan mountain residence,pasi home stay,taishan mountain residence and xianju laoshan mountain were selected for investigation and analysis,and problems were found and factors influencing the renovation design strategy were summarized.(4)Summary and discussion of adaptive transformation design strategy.(5)The summary of the research on the transformation and renewal of rural residential houses and homes and the prospect of the future development trend.
