In the process of further development of China's economy and society,in order to improve the imbalance between urban and rural development,combined with the actual situation,propose a new pattern of urban and rural economic and social development in urban and rural areas.With the disappearance of the demographic dividend,the population structure disadvantage of the aging population has gradually emerged,and higher requirements have been put forward for China's lagging old-age policies,pension industry and old-age facilities.The improvement of people's living standards has made people pay more attention to how to care for the elderly,not only the living,diet and services of old-age living.Demand for landscape environment,suitable aging design,medical resources,etc.The shortage of pension resources such as pension apartments and the huge demand for the pension market have made the rural leisure and old-age community come into being.Based on the current situation of “Urban-rural Integration”,from May 2017 to July 2017 and September 2018 to November 2018,the elderly in Jinan,Beijing and Xi'an were surveyed,and the data on the outdoor behavior,service and landscape needs of the old-age community were collected for statistical analysis.The survey showed that the residential community should be set up in the rural old-age community.With pension apartments to meet the needs of different urban and rural populations,the landscape around different types of living spaces should also be designed according to the preferences of the main residents;the three types of activities for communication,fitness and personal activities in the rural old-age community Recreational space should be considered;the community needs to be equipped with relatively complete health care facilities and facilities,and the road traffic design in the community should be set up for the service line of life care and emergency assistance;the demand for plant landscape determines that it is rural An important part of the landscape design of the oldage community,especially the plant landscape that meets the functions of different spaces should be provided to meet the needs of users;the vegetable garden and the aromatic plants that can relax and relax are one of the spiritual needs,and can be used in the old-age community.Make reasonable considerations when designing the landscape.From September 2018 to November 2018,the overall situation of the four rural old-age community in Beijing Sun City Yinling Apartment,Beijing Guo'ao Pension Community,Xi'an Ronghua Pension Community,and Xi'an Qinghua Villa Pension Apartment The planning,road traffic,suitable aging details,and supporting facilities have been field surveyed in the community landscape.It is concluded that the current rural old-age community landscape can utilize the surrounding rich landscape resources,paying attention to the humanized spatial form and road system,and the outdoor landscape is partially aging.The application of details,but the lack of attention in color identification,space,etc.is a common problem.According to the above analysis and summary,the paper studies the design of rural old-age community from three aspects: site selection,design principles and specific landscape space types.It is proposed that natural environment,human environment,transportation factors,service facilities factors and human factors should be considered when selecting sites.Aspects: The rural elderly community landscape design under the urban-rural integration pattern takes safety as the first principle,and incorporates representative regional cultural symbols under the principle of cultural implantation to stimulate the rural complex of the elderly;the principle of ecological sustainability is the rural old-age community.At the core of landscape design,in order to protect the characteristics of rural landscapes and ensure the healthy development of urban and rural integration,the principles of health and comfort and humanity are taken as important aspects to enhance the comfort of the landscape environment and create a good positive landscape space.In the landscape planning and design strategy of rural old-age community,specific design strategies are proposed for road traffic,plant configuration and various spatial landscapes.Finally,the landscape design of a rural old-age community in Huangshantou Village,Tai'an City was verified.Provides reference and theoretical basis for the landscape construction of such old-age community to serve the construction of a new rural old-age community landscape that meets the development background and characteristics of the elderly.
