Assembled wall structures offer important possibilities for improving the quality of homes and improving their safety and affordability.Assembled integral wall panels have been widely used in the construction industry in the last century.However,due to the immature core technology,the overall quality of the assembled wall plate has not been effectively improved and the study of assembled wall plate has been in a blank state for a long time.The application of assembled wall plate in China started late.At present,the application of assembled wall plate is in the initial stage.In addition,the construction engineering in China does not have a comprehensive understanding of assembled wall plate which has seriously hindered the in-depth research,development and innovation of China’s assembled wall plate.Based on the reality of China’s architectural design and the use of assembled wall structure to improve the overall quality of China’s residential construction is an urgent problem to be solved in the field of architectural design in China.In this paper,combining with the horizontal subject "Professional Key Technology Development of the Assembled Lightweight Panel Structure System " by Professor Cha Xiaoxiong of Harbin Institute of Technology(Shenzhen),it studies the key technologies of the architectural design of the assembled lightweight panel structure system,including assembled lightweight panel structure system and its matching systems.This paper records all the relevant contents of the residential building design of the assembled lightweight panel structure system and the final model house product that is finally delivered to Party A.And it provides some technical methods for certain aspects to further improve.Based on the in-depth study of the assembled lightweight panel structure system,this study designs the residential building system of the assembled lightweight panel structure system and explores the new assembled building system that matches the economic and technological level of China.In chapter 2 of this thesis,to evolve the assembled lightweight panel structure system,it studies theoretically the positioning and design principles of the assembly lightweight panel structure system residential and clarifies the important role the modularization and standardization of the general system of residential industrialization have played in the assembly lightweight panel structure system;Chapter 3,as the core chapter of this paper,studies the architectural design of the residential building system from various aspects with relevant theories;in the end,in Chapter 4,based on the successful preassembly of the assembled lightweight panel structure system and its feedback problems,the experimental room is designed,in order to provide a valuable reference for Enterprises B to mass production and construction of assembled lightweight panel structure system residential buildings.
