| The prefabricated steel structure residence has the advantages of short construction period,flexible layout,superior seismic performance,high construction material recovery rate,green environmental protection during construction,etc.It meets the requirements of sustainable development,and has the advantages of realizing China's construction industrialization and residential industrialization.Significance.However,most of the external wall systems of traditional residential buildings in China can not meet the requirements of prefabricated steel structure houses,and there are few external wall systems with superior performance and adaptability to industrialization.At the same time,the research on existing external wall systems of prefabricated steel structure houses There is less exploration of applied technology.Therefore,there is an urgent need to develop and develop a new type of exterior wall system that is energy-saving,environmentally friendly,lightweight,high-strength,and highly prefabricated,and to study its structural design and explore its suitability for prefabricated steel-structured residences.To this end,this paper studies a new type of composite insulation board exterior wall system,the main research work is as follows:(1)Through the investigation of the prefabricated steel structure system,the structural system suitable for prefabricated steel structure residence is discussed;the external wall system and actual engineering cases of the prefabricated steel structure residence are studied,and the existence of the existing common external wall system is clarified Problems,that is,the lack of external wall systems applicable to prefabricated steel structure residences,and the existing research on external wall system application technology involves less,which points out the direction for subsequent research.(2)Proposed a new type of composite insulation board and optimized its structure into Type? and Type ? boards.Based on the two types,two external wall systems were proposed,that is,a layer of thermal insulation slurry was placed on the outside of the new composite insulation board during site construction.The surface of the outer wall is smoother,which solves the problems of the long production cycle of the new composite insulation board,the large number of board seams after assembly,and the complicated processing of the board seam structure.The two exterior wall systems are suitable for steel structure buildings and concrete structure buildings.The thermal insulation performance,fire protection performance,waterproof performance,sound insulation performance,and economic performance of the exterior wall system are analyzed.The results show that the new exterior wall system has superior performance and thermal insulation performance can meet the construction in severe cold regions Energy saving requirements.(3)According to the requirements of the external wall system of the prefabricated steel structure house,the design requirements of the new composite insulation board external wall system are proposed,and it is shown that the embedded external wall method should be used for the steel structure house.The detailed structure of the panel exterior wall system has been designed in detail,including the thermal bridge part,the connection part with the main structure,the foot and the water,the window opening and the balcony board,the parapet wall and the cornice,the rain shed and the air conditioning shelf,the deformation joint Design of joints between yin and yang corners and joints of wallboards.(4)Through the simulation design of the new composite insulation board exterior wall system applied to the prefabricated steel structure practical project,the design process of the exterior wall system was obtained,and the economic performance of the project was analyzed,the assembly rate of the project was calculated,and verified The new composite insulation board exterior wall system can be applied to prefabricated steel structure houses. |
