| With the rapid development of the world today and the rapid growth of demand for marine resources,countries are paying attention to the development and research of the ocean.However,due to the technical limitations of scientific research equipment,the depth of research in China has not been deep.The ordinary kilometer winch studied in China is mostly controlled by hydraulic system,but the hydraulic system is not stable under the harsh sea conditions.Moreover,most of the scientific research equipment in China still relies on imports,so it is of strategic significance to develop a 10,000-meter winch with its own intellectual property rights.The marine scientific research 10,000-meter winch studied in this paper is mainly to complete the retracting and unloading of scientific research equipment,and also has the function of wave compensation.This paper firstly designs a marine scientific research ten thousand winch for the problems existing in the existing domestic winch design.The working environment and operation requirements of the 10,000-meter winch were analyzed.On this basis,the mechanical structure of the 10,000-meter winch was designed.Then the solid model of the key part of the 10,000-meter winch was established in Solidworks.The stiffness,strength and modal analysis of the key parts of the winch system were analyzed using the finite element analysis software ANSYS Workbench to verify the stiffness and strength of the designed 10,000-meter winch system.And the modality meets the requirements of the entire system.Finally,the wave compensation system and the automatic cable discharging system based on PLC control are designed for the influence of the wave on the tension of the cable.Has a certain practical significance and practical value. |
