The development of the auto enterprises strategic transformation to improve the processing quality,reduce production cost,networking and intelligent car production oriented production mode is more and more prominent.However,due to the aging of the production line and the stagnation of the management concept,some car companies have experienced chaos in the production site and disordered production materials.This phenomenon is particularly serious in the production of non-core components of automobiles.Taking automobile wiring harness as an example,the problems of extensive production mode,empirical quality control method,paper-based information transmission and so on are seriously restrict the development of the enterprises,and this problem has become a bottleneck link for the enterprises.This thesis aims at the research of automotive wiring harness production information management system.With the aid of all kinds of auxiliary devices,this thesis gives an introduction of the assemble line and production equipment of automobile wiring harness,based on the combination of information management and Internet technology.Besides,the thesis also emphasizes the role and importance of information in modern automobile production.To be specific,it involves the research and investigation in the following fields.To begin with,the thesis studies the current status of automobile wiring harness management.Taking the actual production demand and field survey into account,it conducts the demand analysis process.In the process of system-module-construction,it illustrates the details of system establishment with quality inspection as an example.The thesis also involves the quality inspection process of automobile wiring harness products.Based on field survey,it demonstrates how to determine the individual quality inspection indicator,and then establish the whole quality inspection standard based on these indicators.With this being done,it compares this standard with national standard and finally sets up the standardized quality inspection procedure of an automobile company.Furthermore,the thesis studies the improvement of quality inspection methods.Through the reflection on the quality detection problem,some solutions are proposed that the CPK is used as an indicator to evaluate quality.And some of the quality indicators that can be applied in sample testing are separated from the whole inspection mode to customize a testing process which is based on production capacity and can be used for quality inspection and control.After research the bilateral Cpk,unilateral Cpk,offset Cpk and improve Cpk,finally proposed the harness basic size detection and control method based on Cpk,including sampling process and control mode.At last,the case studies verify the feasibility and efficiency of Cpk.Last but not least,the thesis completes the design and development of the system management software for automobile wiring harness,which contains six basic modules,including basic information management,production plan management,material demand management,quality control and testing management,procedure management and equipment management.
